I had my main door handle and deadbolt replaced on the day I took ownership of my first condo in late May. I watched the employee completely remove the old handle and deadbolt and put in a new one - it took 2 hours on a hot day, so I clearly remember what happened. Apparently, I was only charged for a re-key, not a replacement. I signed the invoice which stated as such. Remember, this was the day of closing on my condo, after I had already signed documents for hours. I did not review the employees invoice notes for accuracy. A few weeks later, the door handle stopped latching, so now the deadbolt is the only thing standing between my home and the general public. I called Central Lock & Safe, and was told that the service record indicated a re-key only, not a replacement. The employee who installed it no longer works for the company, so my request for services was being determined based on the inaccurate invoice copy versus my memory. The person on the phone all but said I was making up the fact that I WATCHED the employee replace the handle and deadbolt in its entirety. I was told that there was nothing they could do, except charge me $60/hour plus a $60 consultation fee for them to even look at the handle to identify the problem. I will NEVER use this company again, and will warn all of my friends and family against using their services.

An entire week of no keys, feeling quite lost as I stumbled into Central Lock & Safe. With my two friends by my side, we as a collective group of three college girls moseyed on into this lock establishment, immediately surrounded by large safes and a wall of keys. My initial thought: what do all of these keys open, to whom they belong? But, that is beside the point. I was worried I would be spending upwards of $1,000 dollars for my brand spanking hot off the press apartment key and car key combo (what do I know? Im simply a 21-year-old college girl!) but alas, I walked out of there within minutes with two new keys and only ~$70 less rich. Beside excellent service, our main man Mike gave us some great advice: "Trust a man, but dont rely on one." Word Mike. Overall, 10/10 would recommend to all of my other drunk friends who lose their keys!!!

I have been a customer of Central Lock and Safe for over 15 years. I have used them for security & lock service. I also purchased a safe from them. They have always been professional and honest to work with. Recently, I had issues with my security system after a power outage. I called them and they were willing to come out but were able to walk me through the process to fix the issue. The system is know functioning properly. While in Central Lock and Safes showroom, I have witnessed Central Lock working with other customers on the phone and in person. They have been very professional and courteous in every instance. I would recommend Central Lock for your safe, security and locksmith needs.

When i came there on the weekday the guy was great i thank him for the time he spent on helping me he even stayed after hours. Whoever works on Saturday mornings give very shitty coustmer service. He sound like he did not want to talk, the items i called about he kept telling i have to wait until monday and i could not have waited until then. He seemed like he wanted to hurry me off the phone.the phone call was no help at call.

This place was a lifesaver. I accidentally locked my bosss ancient file cabinet to which there was no key, and he was going to be back the next day. The first locksmith I called said it would be $50.00 and couldnt guarantee it would work. For $22.27, Central Lock & Safe made me three keys that would be most likely to work, and one of them fit the bill. This will be my only locksmith from now on.

My truck hadnt opened in for months. I tried to wiggle the key in there and it broke off! I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. I went to these guys and they got the key out in 2 seconds, cleaned and greased the lock, and got me up and running in under 5 minutes! My technician, Mike, explained why the lock got gunked up and told me how to prevent it in the future. These guys are great!

Very disrespectful towards customers, they ask for $170.00 ,second day the owner asked me if I remember how Mach he said, I answered $170, he called me a liar and said I told $175 and asked his stupid employee to charge me $200 because he said I lied, I told him that he is disrespectful man, but he charged me Xtra any way, they are a punch of assholes.

These guys are the best in the business. Knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and they were on-time. Our security system works as it was intended now that weve found Central Lock & Safe and we now have the key system in place with redundant measures. We are customers for life.

Central lock & safe-Many red flags from early on. The break-ins have only continued and make a person suspect connections to the security company. When it failed before the warrenty was up, they lied and failed to honor the warrenty. It was an expensive, horrid ordeal.

Key wouldnt work in a door lock, gave me a quick fix over the phone. Did a repair for my daughter a couple weeks ago and help her save money with a used spare part. I had them do some lock work *years* ago and was satisfied. These guys are in business to help, not gouge.

The gentlemen were very nice and understood what I was trying to accomplish, even without a good explanation from me. They are inexpensive but my locks now work better than they did before. Keys no longer stick and I dont have to jiggle to get my door open. Thanks guys!!
