Incredible customer service. I brought in a motorcycle key that I could not get cut anywhere else (even the dealer did not want to help me, and recommended a locksmith) and they happily cut me two new keys. Went home and tried the keys, but no luck - they were close, but didnt quite fit. Brought the keys back about a month later, and asked if we could try again. This time I had the motorcycle with and the technician tried several different times and eventually got a perfect fit with a little custom work on a different key type, at no charge to me. Cant say how happy I am with the service, not to mention the fact that they were happy to help. Outstanding job!! I will definitely go back and recommend to others. P.S. While I was there, another guy was getting help with a completely different issue, and was also very pleased with the solution he finally arrived at with the help of the other technician behind the counter. I heard him thank the guy a few times and even shake the techs hand for all his help.

Extremely Happy with the service! Everyone from the the company was courteous and helpful. Their schedule was full and they found a way to fit me in without making me feel like a bother. I talked to 2 people within the company and one tech in the field. Each individual was professional and accommodating. Mark, the Tech on site, did a great job and was very helpful and friendly. My son had lost the only key to his vehicle. We called several locksmiths and Bloomington Security was the only company that could get to us today. Chris arrived when he said he would. He was kind and very knowledgeable on my sons Lincoln. The price was reasonable for the convenience and speedy service. Before I knew it he was done making the key. It only took about 15 minutes. Great group of people! Brought in an antique trunk to have them unlock. They took a look at it and I missed the fact that you need to slide the mechanism to the side after you turn the key. It didnt take very long and we already agreed to 15 dollars worse case and they told no charge! I wouldnt go to any other security/lock business in the metro knowing the customer service behind this company

Chris was very helpful in getting a key cut for my chevy cruze. Fast and friendly service. Charged me same as the Chevy dealer would have charged me. He also programmed the key for no additional charge. Could have done the programming myself but I appreciate him doing it for me.
