I received OUTSTANDING service at Harper Lock and Key! I lost the key to my Yamaha Virago. I couldnt find the key code and the VIN is useless for making new keys. I thought I was done and would have to lay out a load of cash to be able to ride again. Not so. Harpers got me fixed up with a new set of keys in ONE DAY! And it wasnt even a rush order - and it didnt cost cost me a bundle either. Waaay less than $100. In any case, price and speed of service aside, they were so friendly and helpful while I was there. They were even able to match up a key for an old desk I have. These guys are the best!

These people are lying con-artists! They quoted me a price of $45 3 days ago, i call back and they said $100 today! Complete liars! I would not do business with them if it was my only option! Advance Key is way cheaper, and they stick to their word! Dont waste your time here! Response: Thats a complete lie and not at all what you said on the phone! We were quoted by YOU $100 for just the DOOR key, and we had one made for $30! Thats price gouging and its illegal! You are clearly exploiting people while they are vulnerable.

Took 2 new keyless remotes for my car for programming. Young guy tried it several times, after having to ask an older man how to do it, but said not they were compatible (although seller chart said they are) and he couldnt program them. However, charged me full price for NOT programming the same as if he had been able to do so. I wouldnt have minded paying half-price or so, but FULL price, no way. I will not be back to that place and dont recommend it!

Ok so this place is amazing!!! Johnny was great he helped us by making a key that was first stuck in our lock and broken in half! I called ahead of time because they were about to close and they were super friendly even at/after closing time! The quality of the key is great as well! Thanks again Harper Lock and Key!

Professional and quick to help. Got a 2011 Kia Forte key fob programmed and didnt have any issues. He got it on the first try even though it wasnt in his book for programming. Great locally owned company. Much better rates and customer service then the local Kia maintenance department.

The only place in Springfield that would do a specific job for me. Brought in a motorcycle in which I lost the keys for and they made me a key no problem. Really saved me from taking the ignition out and taking the bike elsewhere.
