I have been going to this location since it has opened and I have been more than pleased with the service I have received. Kasi and Nico have put together a STELLAR experience every time I walk in the door. Kasi, an awesome wax specialist pays attention to detail, is highly educated, and will give you the best wax experience possible! Kasi works SO hard and I am thoroughly impressed that she works full time, attends school full time, and takes the best care of her guests. Ask Kasi any question on a product and she will be able to tell you every last detail of its benefits and ingredients from memory. She is the hands down best wax specialist in the metro area. Thank you Nico for always being so kind when ever I walk in the door and being efficient and such a sweet face. I love European Wax Center and am thankful for Nico and Kasi for giving me the best experience possible! 10/10 would recommend!

European Wax Center is AMAZING. I have been a customer for almost 4 years now – I had checked out a few different salons before being referred to EWC but never loved he service at any of them. After my first visit here, I never wanted to go anywhere else. The customer service and scheduling flexibility is amazing here, too. Very nice and clean, and everyone is friendly. But my favorite part about EWC is Simone!!!!! I was randomly scheduled with her a few years back, and I literally havent wanted anyone to touch my eyebrows ever since. Shes like my soul sister! She is attentive, understanding, professional, and SO good at what she does. She just gets it. This might sound silly but she helps me feel beautiful and confident, and I appreciate her so much! Go to EWC and be sure to ask for Simone – shell change your life. :)

I hadnt been to this location in awhile and the staff had changed completely. I was a little nervous to have a new esthetician, but Carma changed that quickly. She was very welcoming and friendly. I brought a friend with for her first wax and she was more nervous than me (she had a different esthetician). When we were finished, my friend booked with Carma! She could hear us laughing in the other room during her wax and wasnt having the greatest of experiences, but I know she will be satisfied with Carmas service when she returns. She took her time, paid attention to my wants/needs, and made sure I was comfortable (which was the most important part). Ill be returning for sure!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about European Wax Center Stadium Village and more specifically, my wax specialist, Simone! I have been seeing Simone for over a year, and she is always personable, professional and prompt. I get excellent service with wonderful conversation, and Simone truly cares about my waxing needs. She always asks if I have any questions or concerns regarding my wax and does not try to sell me products I do not need. The facilities are clean and professional and the front desk staff know me by name. I recommend EWC and Simone to all of my friends.

So happy with the finished "product!" Simone did a full leg, eyebrow and brazillian wax two weeks ago- still surprised how much I actually LOVED the experience. Simone is extremely knowledgeable on her craft; just her educating me throughout the entire process put me so much more at ease. Her "before" wax tips were wonderful, and so helpful. Her "After" wax tips have kept me soft and smooth. Great teacher when it comes to the services and products offered! I HIGHLY suggest this location, AND Simone as your waxer!

Getting waxed for the first time is really scary, but KC at European Wax Center made it so much easier. Shes very knowledgeable, and will answer your questions as well as give you answers to things you didnt even think to ask. Shes also great at making you feel comfortable, which is no easy task when your naked from the waist down on a table in the butterfly position! Their products are also really nice. I have their body wash and I absolutely love it.

KC is the best!! I always book with her for my bikini/brazilian waxes. She keeps me distracted by talking to me the entire time so that the service goes by as quickly as possible. She is gentle and quick and knows what shes doing. Ive had other waxing services that were just awkward and anxiety filled, but KC does her best to make everything as comfortable as possible! Definitely book an appointment with KC if you want a great waxing experience.

I got my FIRST underarm and Brazilian done by KC and let me tell you I already made my return appointment. She is so AMAZING at what she does. I was so nervous I swear I sweating and from her infectious laugh to her efficient skills she made the entire experience a BREEZE it wasnt awkward or embarrassing, The pain was there but it wasnt intolerable, deff book KC if youre thinking of making an appointment!!!! I have always had great experiences at this location. The employees are extremely friendly and talkative, and the facility is tidy and clean. I have had various technicians and every one of them have been great. My favorite host at this location is Jennifer. She is always such a pleasure to talk to when waiting for an appointment. I love getting my eyebrows done here! I have a favorite waxer and her name is KC and she is so kind and personable! Every time I come here she remembers me, and things I have told her in the past. Not to mention, my eyebrows are amazing. I started coming here when I started college and will definitely come to campus when I graduate just so she can do my eyebrows.

Ive gone to KC at the EWC Stadium Village location twice now for two different services and she has been awesome both times! The first time I went I had such a great experience that I requested her for my second visit. Shes super friendly, and really helpful when it comes to aftercare information. I highly recommend KC for any/all waxing services.

I thought the wax they use was way better than strip wax! The place is so clean and friendly staff. Simone has waxed me everytime Ive come in; she was helpful and made me feel comfortable (she said she has been there for 3 years). Ive bought a couple products from there and they have worked nicely. Highly recommended this place for a wax!

I went to European Wax for my first ever wax, and I had a great experience. I was extremely nervous, but the staff made the experience go very smoothly. The staff is also very knowledgable, and they were able to answer all my questions without making me feel dumb. Also EMMA was great, and so talkative! Makes the time go buy fast!

this was my first waxing experience, I got my brows done and all of the ladies were so so nice I only remember the name of my waxer Tricia, she was v cool and professional and the other two girls at the front desk were extremely sweet, I wish I remembered their names but I will definitely be back, A+ 10/10 would recommend

I have been going here for over a year and the service is great. I always go to Simone because she knows her stuff and is great at Brazilians. I really like Emma too! Every wax specialist I have been to knows what they are doing and are pros. Ive been to other locations-they all are great. Nice student discount packages.
