Scott and the rest of the guys at Paramount Collision are so passionate about their work. They care about the product that they create and they will not settle for anything less than perfection. They are pleasant to interact with, they were eager to explain the different processes that were occurring when they fixed my car. They also communicate very well, never hesitating to call and tell you what was going to happen. When I got my car back, it was like I had just bought it over again. I would definitely recommend this place over and over and over again!!! Thank you guys!!

Brought my car to Master (formerly Paramount?) Collision for an estimate as they are Horace Mann Insurances preferred shop. They missed a bunch of major items with my car that two other shops both found during a basic inspection. As a result, their estimate was half of what the two other shops came up with, which has resulted in a battle and a huge waste of my time with the insurance company. They also tried to stick me with used parts. This is a shady shop in a shady location. I would never trust my car with them in a million years.

My experience with master collision group was easily one of the best experiences Ive ever had anywhere as a consumer. The team was incredibly professional, overly communicative, and the work was done very well in a timely manner. These guys even cleaned the entire interior of my vehicle which was a complete disaster before I brought my car to them. theres no way I would take my car anywhere else if I needed work done like this.

Scott & the crew here are great and easy to work with. Take most major insurance carriers, which is a breeze. Enterprise car rental attached, they send text updates as theyre working on your car, and their work is top notch and at a reasonable price. I hope I dont have to keep coming here, but when accidents happen, Ill no doubt return to these guys.
