BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN NE MINNEAPOLIS! Ask for Rick! Reasons why you should go here: - Incredibly polite staff (especially on the phone) - Do an outstanding job every time - They are in the business of helping people not squeezing money out of people - Prices are difficult to beat - Family owned business I have brought my BMW in here multiples times for details and dent/scratch removals. For the details I usually only get the external one, but every time I bring it in for one, I notice they detail the inside as well. In addition the scratch removals, I usually leave one or two out that look minor and they find every thing and fix it without any additional charges. Getting scheduled in can be a little challenging but you will soon realize that it is worth the wait due to the quality, service, and pricing. Recently I nicked my garage and got some white paint on it(About a food in length). I scheduled a time to bring it in to get fixed, but when I brought it in to get an estimate, they came out, cleaned it up with some chemicals, and sent me on my way with no charge. I insisted on paying but they insisted that it was more important to make me happy. Their above and beyond, make the customer happy, and beat expectations is something that happens every time I visit. I would highly recommend you go here to get your car fixed or detailed. You will leave happy every time. In addition insurance will work here as well. You just have to sign an extra form if they are not within your authorized shop with your insurance company. Central Ave is worth the wait, delivers amazing customer service, family owned, and will ensure you leave happy every time.

Im thoroughly unimpressed with the service at central ave. auto body. I brought my car in to simply replace a headlight and fix a blinker and was charged over 100$ to find out the next day that the blinker was still faulty. I brought it in again and came back an hour later and they still had not even looked at my car so I was told to bring it in the following day. I brought it in again and was told it would take approximately 30 minutes and now Im here waiting 2 hours later. If youre not Hispanic or very knowledgable of the mechanics of automobiles, stay away! Just another typical crooked auto body shop with little to no customer appreciation.

I had my Trunk lid repainted, and some minor work replacing the front wheel well fender, covered all the work exceptionally and would recommend to anyone seeking body work. Got a few estimates around town, but none would do the thoroughness of stripping off and repainting the lid, plus it was important for me to support a local business. Staff always friendly and very detailed in explaining what needed to be done, no surprises at all. In the end, a great experience, glad I met them, and wouldnt hesitate to trust them to fix my car again .... Thanks much!

Did a great job! Got the job done 1 day faster than they even estimated. My husband is very picky and he was very impressed with the work that they did (as well as being able to out some of the other scratches on the car that were not related to the accident). Theyre very friendly and answered our numerous questions. Got a very nice loaner as well as a very clean almost new car back when the work was done! Would definitely go back again (but hopefully I wont get into any more car accidents requiring work!)

I needed a new bumper after someone parallel parked into my car. Central Ave Auto Body was wonderful to deal with on the phone and in person. The other guys insurance company tried to get them to use after market parts (which is naughty) and Central Ave did right by me and installed a shiny new bumper at the lower price. They offered me a free loaner while my car was in the shop, and the work was done quickly. The car looks beautiful, and Central Ave is my new body shop.

I cant talk about the work they do because my car was totaled. I want to say that, even though there was really nothing in it for them, they treated me so well. (Another body shop made excuses -- they obviously didnt want me.) I dealt with Rick, who was polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend Central Avenue Auto Body if you need auto body repair. I needed repair on my fender, as my paint was chipped down to the metal during a windshield replacement. The quality of the service and repair was outstanding. Rick and the fellows are extremely nice and professional.
