After a hail storm in July of 2015 I started researching local roofing companies. Clear Choice Restoration had qualified Roof Inspectors and more importantly, were a local company with a great rating on Google and with the BBB. They did not solicit my business, I called them to have them come out prior to my insurance adjuster to see if they thought I had hail damage. Mark Murphy with Clear Choice arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment. He brought his own ladder, walked around the house with me, assured me that I did indeed have hail damage, and explained the next steps. I signed nothing until I actually met with my insurance adjuster which Mark also attended. At that appointment, the adjuster agreed that I needed a complete roof and gutter replacement. Mark had shingle samples and helped me pick out a great color, took his measurements, explained the next steps, and was on his way. After I received the check from my Insurance Company and turned it over to Mark, I was on his schedule and within 2 days the roofers were out. They arrived promptly at 7 AM, and were completely done by 5:00. Everything looks terrific. I mowed my lawn later that night and you would have never known that I had a new roof put on just hours earlier. To say that I recommend them is an understatement. Mark did a great job of walking me through each step and answering my questions. If I ever have the need again, I would certainly call Clear Choice Restoration.

I have three simple words for you to make your life easier in the difficult search for a quality company in the construction industry----USE THIS COMPANY. I had a nightmare of an experience with two other companies on a homeowners insurance claim and after I finally found Clear Choice Restoration, they stepped up and completed the work with efficiency and professionalism from start to finish. This is an industry with many players in it that are less than trustworthy and reliable, to say the least. Ive had several extremely poor experiences with contractors in the past and Ive talked with MANY other people who have had horrible experiences, as well. From the owner of the company on down, Clear Choice Restoration is built with employees who simply take pride in their work. They understand the long term value of treating every customer as though they are their only customer and with extremely high levels of urgency and professionalism. My insurance company was a challenge to work with and I know Clear Choice made very little, if any, profit on my project, but they still always treated me as a priority and took great pride in getting my project completed. I personally know how difficult it is to find a quality company in this industry and now that Ive found Clear Choice Restoration, I know Ill be in great hands when I need them in the future. Save yourself the time and headache searching and simply use Clear Choice Restoration.

Clear Choice Restoration is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They were professional, efficient, clean and timely. I connected with Spencer and Ryan throughout the process. They were professional and explained everything to me about the roofing, skylights and gutter repair we needed due to storm damage. They helped us with insurance and working together to finish the job! I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing roof repair. The crew came in on a Thursday morning and were finished by Friday about noon. They worked efficiently and professionally. I couldnt believe it when it was finished so fast. When I walked around the house to finish the clean up, it wasnt necessary, as the area was clean and looked great. Every time I placed a phone call, message or email to them I had a response immediately. They answered every question and kept me informed about the work that was to be done and the schedule. The gutter repair went smooth as well. This company is Excellent in its service and its product. The roof was done right for Minnesota. I can not tell you how happy I am with the result of my roof and working with Clear choice restoration. Thank you!

I wanted to say thank you to Mark Murphy specifically who helped me through all of the steps to get my hail damage repaired on my home. I was referred to Clear Choice through my Insurance Company and knew a referral from my own insurance, would be a worthy company to work with. I hired someone to do the work originally and had a terrible experience, but after meeting with Mark I knew he was there to do business and make sure I was taken care of. Clear Choice worked with my insurance company to come up with a plan to repair all damages to my home and completed this task successfully. My house looks great and has new siding, roofing, A/C unit, etc. I am very happy with the service Mark provided to me and making it a very seamless process. For someone who does not work in this line of business and not understanding much, Mark was always there to help answer my questions/concerns, etc. Thank you so much! Steve and his team were very helpful in several projects finished at our home. The first issue that they took on was getting our roof installed. It was damaged last year in a wind storm. The insurance process had stalled out and he assisted us by engaging with the insurance company and advocating for us. With the insurance settled, the roofing crew were here on schedule and quickly removed and replaced our roof. They were polite and worked hard. The new roof was on in only 2 days. They cleaned up quickly and did not leave a mess for us to deal with. The new roof looks great! I also had the team repair the damaged shutters. These were repaired and look much better than the original shutters. Finally, a worn service door to our garage was also in need of replacement. This was installed in a day. The finish and trim looks great and is better insulated than the original. Thanks to Steve and the team for a great job. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a good contractor.

On July 5th 2016 the wind came in and I had a house to get fixed no fun. Mark and Brent from Clear Choice were here the day after I had the trees removed, tarp in hand to get the garage roof (4x6 foot hole from a fallen tree) sealed and help start the process of repairing my house. I was very happy with the excellent service and help coordinating the process between my insurance claims adjuster, other contractors and dumpster drop offs and pick ups. Mark was an excellent communicator keeping me up to date with whats going on always responded quickly any time I reached out him for information as to what happening. The process of home repair from unplanned / expected acts of mother nature kinda puts you in a place you do not want to be. If it happens again I will be calling Clear Choice. - Jeff (St. Michael, MN)
