We had our furnace and AC unit replaced by Cyclone Contracting. Every aspect from the estimate through the installation went better than expected. Elise was extremely knowledgeable and of the 3 contractors we had bidding on the project, she seemed to understand our needs the best and ended up recommending the right balance of cost, ROI, energy savings, and rebates to us. Brent and Ryan were friendly and willing to explain to this inquiring engineer what and why they did things the way they did. Everyone arrived when they said they would. They completed their tasks in a timely manner, and even said they would contact us when the weather / temperature was more conducive to finishing the charging / calibration of our AC unit (They performed this installation on one of the coldest days of this winter.) Everyone was extremely professional and courteous.

I am impressed with Cyclone Contracting service and work. In the midst of cleaning up a flooded basement, Trevor put in a new water heater, and Brent and Trevor recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner. Alise helped us with the process of deciding what system worked the best for our home and needs. In all cases, they were kind and patient with our questions, and their work was done well. Brent and Trevor were careful to cover our carpeting, which was on their path to our basement. And, when work was completed, everything was cleaned up, as if they had not been here - except for having new equipment! Brent was intentional about orienting me to our new equipment, helping me understand what I could expect and how to best use and care for the new system. I could not have asked for better service. Trevor and Brent recently replaced my furnace and air conditioner. Elise helped me decide what system worked the best for my home. Elise answered all of my questions and more. Elise not only helped get the process started she was available to me to answer some questions I had after the install. In fact when I emailed Elise she responded in minutes. Trevor is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and very respectful of your home. Brent made sure to go over what to expect and how to care for my new equipment. It is not easy choosing a company for such an important task and I can say without hesitation Cyclone contracting knows the true meaning of customer service. I could not have asked for better service.

We had Cyclone Contracting finish our basement a few years ago, we also had them service our AC and furnace twice a year and we are satisfied with them every time. Their staff are professional, they always put on shoe covers before entering my home (well all the small things count), they asked for permission when they need to change/replace a part, listened patiently to my concerns, answered my questions in a language I could understand, provided solutions to problems without making me feel I have to buy the product or part from them... This is a trustworthy business and I always call them first whenever I have something broken in my house.

We went with Cyclone Contracting when we decided we needed to rebuild our garage, repour our driveway, and convert our carport into a 4-seasons sunroom. Even though the process was delayed a few times, primarily by weather, Cyclone Contracting was professional in working with us to try and keep everything as on schedule as we could. They also took care of any concerns we had, and made sure we got resolutions to any problems we had. The end result is great. We now have a much-larger two-car garage along with our new sunroom, and the interior of the room has turned out great. We would easily work with them again for another project.

Cyclone Contracting is fantastic. I am new to area and wanted to have HVAC check out and do a maintenance plan, plus I had allergy concerns for my family. I was quickly scheduled for a visit, Jay came out and was very knowledgable, showed me any issues, discussed my options, and got it all fixed and gave me some helpful tips for keeping air fresh in my home. The day after we had an issue with our AC and Jay was here within 30min of calling and it was fixed quickly and thoroughly. Cyclone Contracting was referred to me by family and so far i am very impressed and glad to have them as my HVAC maintenance provider.

If I could give Andy and Bruce from Cyclone more than five stars, I would! I cant say enough good things about the work they just completed for me and their friendly professionalism. Their response to my phone call was extremely prompt. The work they did was top notch and completed in a timely fashion. When finished, the work site was left completely clean. They did some re-siding, and there were no traces of old siding pieces or packaging. They even took away the old microwave after they installed a new one. I will definitely recommend Cyclone to my friends, and I will call them again if a need arises.

We recently called to schedule our annual furnace check. A woman with a very pleasant voice was helpful in getting us a timely appointment. Brent showed up promptly at 8 AM and did a thorough check taking care of a minor problem. He also was able to check a problem we have in one of the showers upstairs. He is very professional and personable. We continue to use Cyclone Contracting for our service because of their professional and caring employees.

Had Cyclone Contracting replace my old tank water heater with a tankless unit and everything from them coming out to give me an estimate to the tech doing the install was great, I would highly recommend them. Im going to use them to check out my furnace this fall. Also whenever I had a question on something I didnt hesitate to to call because the office help is great to talk to and if they couldnt answer my question they knew who would.

It was a Saturday morning when I called because I had no hot water. When I called a very Pleasant voice answered, Yes a pleasant voice on a Saturday morning. Trevor asked me what he could help me with. With in a few hours I had a new water Heater installed and I had hot water again. The service Trevor from cyclone contracting provided was more then 5 stars. Without hesitation I would highly recommend using cyclone contracting.

A friend recommended Cyclone Contracting for Radon gas remediation. I have lived in Ames for 50 years and never heard of them but decided to give it a try. Couldnt have made a better choice. Great people and they did an exceptional job. Later I needed a new toilet and contacted them. They sent a great guy, Ryan, who also did a super job. Everything has been great so far. Cyclone Contracting completed a complete demo of our basement in only two days, replaced a rotted support, and left the basement very clean. They also bored a sump line to conform to city code, which went very smoothly. We still have a few more projects in the works, so well see how they go. Larry and the team have all been very professional and pleasant to work with.
