I am/was a contractor for truly noble services in the waco tx area . First contact , a lady calls my company and needs a job done for them I take it they are the home owner (I am cutting a big dead tree) so I arrive at property to find a homeowner who was not notified I was coming so then I call the lady back to see what is going on to find out she is a property preservation company and that I will not be paid for my services for 30 days after completion . So now I have to sign up with there company as a sub contractor which took 4 days to do because of this or that . So now since Im signed up they call me to keep going everywhere to do ridiculous jobs for ridiculous pay . They are a middle man. So now after completion of two jobs they paid me for one job and shorted my payment by like 9 dollars im like really ?!??!! I have made numerous attempts to get my second Check which had been well over a month with me sending numerous emails to get my money. I have all the emails to prove: they havent paid me what I was promised, that its been well over a month . I have also asked to speak with Somone with decision making power with no response. So Mr. Owner while your responding to everyone elses comments please send me what Im owed I have proof to back what Im saying . BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! I see from other reviews they treat their contractors like their customers

Wow! We just had the worst experience ever. We had Truly Noble come out tor replace are AC unit outside as well as the coil in the attic and new furnace and run new duct line. They were here for 12 hours and had the biggest mess all the way around and we still did not have any AC. Its been over 100 for the last 4 days. The tech that originally came out when it broke and sold us on using this company can out at 11pm and stayed till 1230 am assessing everything that was wrong and trying to clean up the mess. Basically it was all done wrong. . The coil was not hung properly nor ducts attached properly air leaking all over and the outside unit lines were over welded thus shutting down valves and rendering unit unoperable freon leaking and oil all over. There was a raw crooked hole in my ceiling for the return vent . They broke things in the attic, left trash and tools like boxcutters with blade out and hand saw on the floor. I could go on and on and on. After many attempts to speak with manager the next morning _ he never returned calls the tech came over with another installer to "fix" things and instead we had to just have them remove everything and hire a professional company to come and do the job properly.

We recently had our wood floors damage by water and insurance said all needed to be replaced. We contacted Truly Noble Service and their representative Hollie Varden gave us a detailed quote. We struggled with another flooring company that was a little cheaper but left their quote open ended. So we went with Hollie and Truly Noble Service. We are glad we did. They did an outstanding job replacing over 900 square feet of damaged flooring with tile that looks like wood. I think Hollie Varden went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Hollie is great to work with and the floors turned out better than we expected and look fantastic. Truly Noble Service did an outstanding job of replacing our floors and Hollie needs a raise. It was such a pleasure for everything to go right when we have had other construction projects done in the pass that were a nightmare. I would recommend Truly Noble Service and Hollie Varden if you need any flooring done in your home. They are a fantastic company to do business with.

Ok I bought a house out of foreclosure the bank who owned the house had the choice of the contractor. They picked this company the work cost 9 thousand dollars which I did get pay but had no say so in. There is nothing on the job that would have been done up to anyone satisfaction. The paint on the deck is coming up after a week. They will end up costing me another 2 thousand to fix there work. * As I told you there where rate locks and other reason that I had to close the deal. So if your saying the work was good because the agent who approved the work had a paycheck on the line you are living in dream land. So the facts remains the work is not quality work. I wish I could post pictures but it wont let you. You have offered no solution to the problem.

Truly UN-Noble place to work. I worked directly for those assholes for a few months. Not as a contractor, but on their payroll. Never once got a paycheck on time. I watched as they ran all the contractors in the state of Arkansas off one by one. I saw sales orders approved by them on a regular basis that they made up to 65% profit! The definition of corporate GREED! They sent jokers to do crappy jobs on military bases, some that I had to vouch for as a military retiree to get on base. My reputation on LRAFB was put in jeopardy due to this companys lack of management. I quit after promised for months of a raise that never happened. Dont get involved with these snakes in the grass. They will SCREW you!!!

They send people out to do jobs that they dont know how to do.. that they are not qualified to do and that they screw up and take 12 hours to figure out! If you need services.. find a real professional - not someone who gets paid minimum wage to do a half ass job. Sadly its not the guys faults that they are sent to do jobs they should never touch! Its the owner who says they are qualified and then they pour blood sweat and tears into a job that they are under qualified for! With no help or assistance... from Any others.. I will not be doing business with them nor will I allow them in my home again!

Truly noble had my company go to fix a job in Norman that a painter had messed up this is a 300 hundred thousand dollar house they wanted me to fix everything so it would pass inspection which was impossible you could take a wet rag and wipe it on the woodwork and the paint would just fall off. I. Was told that we would be long gone before anyone realized what was wrong it was a joke would love to hear from other people I wouldnt recommend buying that house either its not done right

I finally decided to spend the money to replace my carpet with hard wood floors. After an expense of $7500.00 the floors are ruined from my kids and dogs after six months. Other floor companies are shocked that they didnt ask what type of wear and tear the floors would get when deciding what I should buy. It never came up and it was the first time I was buying flooring for my home. In addition, their prices are also much higher than any other company.
