**UPDATE** Today the owner called me saying he wanted the review removed. Tried to explain things and was upset that my simple answer is we got bad customer service, and you got a bad review for it. Plain and simple. He stated excuses I said thats fine we went with someone else and are happy. He was upset because Google wont remove the review, UM GUYS thats the point, so you cant control your reviews online and people get an honest opinion of your company. THEN he threatened to have his attorney send me a "letter" to make me remove the review. I stated, " I left you an honest review, you provided bad customer service and got a bad customer service review, learn from it and move on". I also mentioned that the last time they had a happy customer was 3 years ago and they have had 3 unhappy ones in 11 months.... This company needs to fix their methods dont use them there are LOTs of good places in town for this work. -Chris Called them 4 days in advance told them it was a time critical repair and that i needed custom work done. "oh we can def do what you want we will send out an estimator" schedule it, they call me 43 minutes before the time (9:17am when time for appointment is 10) to say the "estimator" called in sick just this morning. Interesting that now i see their number they called me on Saturday also sooooooo. Lady was very rude when i informed her I dont have time to reschedule I need this done now, money isnt the issue, it is effecting my business. DON"t Use this company for your work, if this is how they treat a customer who clearly states the speed is important and money isnt an issue how will they treat you if your looking for a fair quote.

Outstanding experience! Ag Contractors replaced my roof due to hail damage. Rob went the extra mile with some of my requests and was excellent at working with my insurance company making the process absolutely hassle free. The crew was very professional and did an outstanding job with the install and with cleaning up after. When they were done you couldnt tell that anyone had even been here. I would highly recommend them.

I called for a free estimate and the appointment was confirmed with a conformation call the day before. The next day, the day of the estimate , nobody showed up , nobody called , nobody answered when I called them to see why no one showed. My husband missed hours at work so he could also meet with them only to have no one show up at all. They never even called. Thanks AG Contractors

AG Contractors replaced my roof and gutters in a timely manner and at an affordable price. Their price was much lower than all 3 of our other bids and everyone we worked with was very polite and professional. The quality of the work was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dont believe a word from Brad Price or Owner of the company Rob. They just put a new roof over my addition and it is leaking. Called them to come out and fix it and they said they had nothing to do with it. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They will just take your money and run.
