If I could give zero stars I would. I need to cancel my membership so this past Saturday I went to the gym and of course there is no one that works after 1 pm. So today I got charged for my monthly membership. Called the gym to talk to the manager about it to see if they would work with me...how very silly of me. I was laughed at, told that they wouldnt have been able to cancel my membership in person on Saturday anyway and that I need to write a letter to cancel and then they hung up on me. It is not okay to claim to be a manager of a business and hang up on your customers whether they are cancelling or not. Horrible service, gross looking gym and they are never there when a business person is able to go to the gym. I work Monday through Friday 9AM - 6PM they are there from 9AM -1pm and then some days from 1pm - 7pm. Do yourself a favor go to LA Fitness in Brooklyn Center - brand new beautiful facility the staff is there the entire time they are open and only $29.99 a month. Plus a whole lot of amenities this tiny Crap Fitness gym does not have.

One of the largest Snap Fitness gyms in the city. Good selection of machines and good amount of room for free weights relative to other gyms of this class. Friendly and helpful staff is always a nice addition.
