Makes my girlfriend happy which makes me happy...... I have a "Black card" at the BP Planet Fitness as well as Lifetime Fitness/Athletic. There is absolutely zero comparison between Onyx level Lifetime and PF. Lifetime on that level is also exactly 5 times the price, per month, so theres that.... Planet Fitness has ●old machines, that will do the job they were built to do, several years ago when they were built. ●You need something there, you bring it...shampoo, towel, locker lock, etc. ●Free, unlimited monthly tanning and hydro-bed massage. ●They sell almost anything youd need (locks, towels, tanning lotion(no soap or shampoo though) ●No fat shaming there, which I dont really get when I go to Lifetime either but apparently PF specializes in the whole No Judgement thing. ●approx 5 shower stalls with curtains, approx 6 private changing stalls, 3 or 4 toilets, 2-3 urinals (MENs). ●Has its peak hours and doesnt feel cramped during them, with the exception of the locker room. ●Great place to start losing weight and start building muscle and a routine. Nicer than Snap Fitness for half the price with tanning factored in. Better value than Lifetime but not nearly as nice.

After going to multiple clubs throughout my lifetime, I shopped and shopped before settling on going to Planet Fitness, and I am very glad that I did. Every member on their staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Theres no pressure when working out, come as you are and focus on yourself which is how a club should be. The equipment is brand new, and theres a huge variety of machines to use and Ive never once had to wait for any piece of equipment. They are open 24 hours a day and they have lockers and showers for you to use afterwards. Remember to bring your own lock for the locker room and your own towel for the shower. I cant say enough good things about this club and the Planet Fitness brand.

******< Planet Firness is Amazing >******** Ive been a member almost a year now. And I love it!! Its clean, they knowledge your presents. Personal trainers are wonderful nice respectful of your work outs. I visited Gold Gym today because of the pool and Daycare I wouldnt put my dog in there daycare if they paid me to & there pool looks yellow. Join PF its only 10 bucks mth you can tan there are so many machines to choose from. There always be duplicators but no one can compare to P.F!! Broocklyn Park, MN

Great place! Every time I come in Im always warmly welcomed by a friendly personable staff. They create an atmosphere that makes you want to be there. The layout is fantastic, wide open so you never feel like your cramped or in someones way when working out. Very professional and unlike other gyms it is by far the neatest, cleanest gym Ive been in. Its always a pleasure to be there and a great deal for the money!

Its ok the customer service sucks. They pick some of the worst times to clean the treadmills its like youre open 24 hours you pick the busiest time to clean them that sucks for ppl who work after the gym. The ladies rest room (the toilets) could use better service its not always clean lockers included.CLEAN THE TREADMILLS AT A BETTER TIME!!!

Planet Fitness is awesome. From the day I walked in I felt comfortable. They provide something called "The Judgement Free Zone." Basically they make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed all the time! Its great. Love the 30 minute circuit, but not as much as the massage chairs. Great facility, great staff and GREAT price!!

Planet Fitness is the gym I chose, after looking at others. Great staff, very clean and well maintain gym. Working with Tony, fitness trainer, has me started on a great work out. There is no extra charge. He has stopped by when Im working out and asked how thing are going and if I have any question. You cant beat the place.

I cancelled my membership in a timely manner and even got a call stating my last payment would be taken out in March. They proceeded to keep taking money out of my account and would not give it back. Horrible customer service. LA Fitness has much better customer service and doesnt take extra money out of my account.

i love the positive atmosphere when you walk in, the judgement free zone makes working out very nice and non-intimidating. the staff is always friendly and willing to help when i have questions. and the 2 night guys make coming here worth waiting till the evening. extremely clean and i love the massage chairs!!!

Associates are welcoming and nice at first until you cancel. My experience for canceling the membership was unpleasant. Beware, the actual canceling process does not match what is stated on the terms & agreement paper that you sign off to become a member. They gave me hard time on canceling.

this place is osum, Super clean, tonnes of equipment. I cant believe it took me a year to find this place!! and it is only $10 per month. I thought there would be a catch but they explained everything right there. I hope I never move so I can stay hear forever.

Clean machines,clean locker rooms, friendly staff,and great price. My only complaint is with the other members who have to Tweet every rep they do and dont observe the (cell phone use in lobby only) sign. I enjoy my membership at this fitness center.

Great place to go work out. You are greeted by friendly staff, they have tons of machines so you dont have to wait or feel rushed, the place is cleaner than a hospital room, and I love the 30 minute express work out. Oh and its only $10 a month!!!!

Below average PF from the equipment to the locker room and the fact that I had to wait around for 8 minutes before I even seen a employee to help me. . Below Avg I have higher expectations from other PF; not the worst but they need to step it up

I LOVE THE STAFF!!!! They are great and they make you feel welcome when they greet you at the door. Theres a girl that works there in the morning name Danica she is Great, with a wonderful smile and always wiling to help. Its worth every penny.

The restroom is disgusting grime all in the sinks hair left in the showers and this has been numerous of times the massage machines are constantly out of order the staff is friendly thats the only good thing thank god pf is in crystal now!!!

it was my first day working out but i liked the staff they are really friendly and nice i think i will have great results working out here....i say if your new to working out that this is a good place to do it!

Pros: Machines are well maintained. Cons: Not enough benches, poor upkeep of locker room/bathroom. Bad customer service. Conclusion: Would not recommend, unless theres no other gym you can go to.

$19.99 for a place to workout and tan - perfect! A lot of gyms are dirty, but not Planet Fitness. Pretty sure theres always a staff member cleaning! Just joined and couldnt be happier!!. 5 stars

Judgement free and rule free. Equipment has seen tons of abuse in the short time this gym has been open. Youre sure to wait for equipment while someone is on their phone.

This gym is okay. Its smaller than other Planet Fitness locations and less ventilated. Very poor locker room upkeep. The staff is usually friendly.
