Ive been going to this facility for well over a decade; not consistently as I have also gone to the St. Louis Park (platinum) and Bloomington (gold) facilities as well. I have always like the machines, space and staff at the Coon Rapids location over any of the other locations. There is ample equipment that equates to little to no wait, and the open hours has been of most benefit to me over the years as my work/life schedule changes. One thing that I would offer up to the facility as an improvement would be to bite the bullet and get new towels for this location. I find it absurd that a location with so many members paying $50+/month cant afford to rotate out the plethora of towels every couple of years. Despite their frequent trips through the power washer, they are generally a discolored gray and every one of them feels like sandpaper on the skin. A little fabric softener could go a long way. Honestly, thats my only gripe.

Be careful. I was not informed of their 30 day cancellation policy until AFTER I SIGNED TO CANCEL. Heres what happens: you pay, then you get the benefits of the club. If you cancel at the end of the month, before you are billed for the next month, they will tell you (after you sign) that you will be billed for a full month before your membership ends. Im a full time chemistry student and a full time Healthcare worker. I do not have the time or money for that kind of BS. I wanted to cancel before the start of my new semester. I did, yet they will bill me until well into the new semester. So basically, they get my money, and I dont get the benefits because I do not have the time to use them. Do not sign up here. Go to somewhere that actually cares for your wellbeing.

If I could give this gym 0 stars I would, not only is the staff rude, their equipment is broken, their gym is unusable from 3 o clock till 9 so essentially if you want to use this gym you have to do it at night or early in the morning. Otherwise youre SOL. Their lacking in hygiene is clear to see in how they keep the gym maintained. My god, put some effort into cleaning your gyms, I can already feel skin diseases incoming from their nasty towelsz Read their contract dont blindly sign stuff without reading it. Their contract is absolutely god awful.

I moved out of the area so I wanted to cancel. First I was told my only option was to come into the store. After calling the corporate office I was then told I could also send in a certified letter. They make you create an online account but you cant use it to cancel your service. This all seems like they are making it as difficult as possible to cancel an account so they can get more money out of you. If I ever move back into the area there is no chance I would sign back up with lifetime.

I never write negative reviews but if I would give this place 0 stars I could. After signing up for a free 7 day trial pass online, I was told that I am out of state that I am not at all eligible. I then called and asked the rate for a one week member ship and they told me it would be $50!! I then asked how much it was for a month membership and was told that it was $49 a month. This seems ridiculous to me. I used to work out here when visiting home but now I will find a different gym.

Lying People work in Coon rapids ! ! ! Before going to massage I have to ask if LTBuck cover massage they say Yes .When I done with massage I have to pay $80 and she tell me LTBuck do not cover massage so Matt give me wrong info then I have to pay out my packet today is my last day of club I m going tell me my friends don t trust Coon rapids club I hope this Business going down soon ! ! ! .This is my second time when I start going to Club after this problem No more.

The gym is nice. Since Im under 24, I get it for $40/mo and if I go 12 times a month, my insurance will pay for $20 of it. However, the massage therapist will offer deals and then NOT honor them! I ended up canceling on her after she gave me an attitude and argued that the "deal was already over", despite there being signs for it still out and the coupon in my hand, with NO expiration date. AVOID her at ALL costs. The gym and trainers are nice, though!

Went to Lifetime in Coon Rapids last week after seeing a sign for 90 min massage for $90. After the bill they gave me was for $110. When questioned they said the special was over but they would "give it" to me since the sign was still up (?). Then they gave me a bill for $99. Their response? Its tax and a $3 "experience fee" (which of course the sign fails to mention.) I sent Lifetime a message about the situation and got no response. Buyer beware.

Be VERY careful about signing their contract. To cancel they tell you you have to go in person. I explained that was difficult at best. No option was explained to me. Finally went and cancelled. I still got charged for another month. "Its in the contract you signed" I was smugly told. Legal, yes; Ethical, Hell NO I will find every avenue possible to complain about this ripoff place.

Terrible, terrible, service, staff is unfrindly, lockers are very unclean, men walk around completely naked. Most unpleasant, experience if I could go back in time and not sign up I would management doesnt honor their contracts either, absoulte joke, please take your business elsewhere these people are crooks. They said they would workout a deal with me and they completely dishonored it.

Sales person at coon rapids showed me around YIKES!!! This place was dirty, smelly and felt like a college frat house. I sat in the locker room for 10 minutes and left giving a random excuse as to why I couldnt stay and workout. The stair stepper was so gross it had crud on it. Ive been to many gyms non as weird, unprofessional and awkward as this. would not recommend.

Never try and cancel your membership. It took months to finally get them to stop charging us. We moved and literally had to drive back to the location to cancel everything. For a place that claims no contract, they make it nearly impossible to end a memebership.

Always clean. Friendly staff and trainers. Well maintained equipment, although they could use a few more items they have a good variety. The pool is sometimes over chlorinated and will leave you red burning and itchy

Well, its a nice gym. Very nice. All the bells and whistles that nobody needs but everybody wants. But 40 bucks for a DAY. Wow. If you want to feel fancy more than improve this place is for you.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, great group fitness classes. Love the steam room and the pool area. Lifecafe has great food and friendly service. Trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Eh, they could do a lot better there. Classes are treated as more important than regular members. Classes are always messing up my workout routine.
