Originally when I signed up, I thought the club was great along with the staff. On September 30th I had put in my 30 day notice to cancel my membership because I needed the money to help pay my student loan. I gave my letter to Jen in person and said I had the option to put the membership on hold. I never said for sure that I would but would consider it. She walked away with my letter and said that she would have Jeff call me. I never received a call but I figured since I gave my notice all would be good so I didnt call back. I was also told when I turned in my notice that I would still be charged for October, which I completely understood as I had just given my notice. Yesterday, Nov 1st, I signed into my bank account to find I was charged full price for November. I called the club and was told that the computer was being used and I would receive a call back as soon as it was available to get into my account. A few hours later I still hadnt received a call. I spoke with my mother about this and she sent the club an email. She received a call back and got nowhere. Jen told Jeff that I brought my letter in but walked out with it. I went into the club tonight, Nov 2nd, and talked with Jeff. I was under the impression that he was the club manager, as that is what he told me originally. He kept talking about some other manager Jeff which didnt make any sense to me. I told me again that Jen said I walked out with the letter. When I told him that is not true and that when I walked out, she had the letter in her hand. He proceeded to call me a liar and put 100% blame on me. I told him I would be putting a stop payment on Decembers payment and he told me since I was threatening that I had to leave, even though I have now paid for November. I was also told that if I didnt pay the Dec payment that it would go to collections. They will not refund the Nov payment and I was also told that the billing cycle starts on the 25th and that I had to have my notice in before the 25th of the month. When I signed up, I was told if I give a notice, it had to be in by the last day of the month. I was treated very poorly tonight and recommend that if anyone else is thinking about getting a membership here, dont do it. If anything make sure you get every last detail before signing up. I will never sign up with any Snap Fitness ever again.

This gym is freaking bonkers! Hydro massage, 7 to 8 45 lb barbells, a freaking SHOWER, kickboxing bag, everything is brand new and its awesome. I usually go to the gym in lakeville off of dodd, but after coming here Ill never go bsck. Its amazing. Also, they have a deadlift platform! Incredible gym for what you pay.

Very clean, up to date equipment, dumbells, freeweights, crossfit equipment, treadmills, elipticals, hydro-massage, and a room for classes thats completely digital so any idiot can work it. Its worth every penny you pay here. You would likely pay alot more going elsewhere and not be as nice.
