Its been a long time sense I enjoyed going to the gym. It had become a had to for so many reasons instead of a want to! Kory and Focus have made all the difference. I am in love with that class and his workouts, so much so that I actually get up and get to the 5:30am class! No matter the time of day the rest of the staff is very welcoming, the gym and equipment are top notch! I highly recommend! Thank you Kory!

I really liked it at True when I used to be a member there. I didnt use the open gym area, I liked taking the fitness classes. Most of the classes offered at True are only in the evenings. I would still be a member there if they had morning and noon classes. Its unfortunate because I did enjoy it there. Now Im a member at the YMCA because of the wide array of classes offered and times available.
