I went to try this salon because it is close to my house I just bought-worst hair experience of my life! I understand going from dark to blonde is difficult and a process, but if you dont know how to do it, then dont! Me and the stylist talked about doing foils at first and the next time I came in to do more to get my hair lighter how I wanted. Next thing I know Im walking out with orange hair and platinum blonde roots! I went back and made them change it all to one color but had to argue with the owner of the salon on the phone and the stylist that it wasnt my fault for the results of the terrible hair dye job. Im sorry but YOU are supposed to be the hair professional, not me. Also spent over $250 for them frying my hair before my wedding in July. Never going back!

This is a wonderful place to get a hair cut. The staff is polite and friendly. I never have a problem scheduling an appointment, and the confirmations and reminders to my phone are wonderful. The salon is inviting, open, and their chairs are comfortable. You dont feel like a sardine while youre there. I dont hesitate in the slightest to suggest Salon 27 to friends and family as a quality place to go.
