I agree with previous review 100%. I left Infinity Salon today with my hair looking nothing like I expected it to look and maybe even worse than it did before this haircut and balayage. My stylist obviously didnt understand what I wanted my hair to look like even though I showed her pictures. When I got home I realized my color stayed pretty much the same and all the change effect came from cutting off few inches of lighter colored hair. I wanted a clean blunt long bob haircut and left with messy looking uneven mess that looks like I cut my own hair. Beauty treatments supposed to make you feel and look better and thats not what I got at Infinity at all.

Great people, terrible work. I came to Infinity for a mani and pedi. My pedicure was done by a very nice girl who didnt know what she was doing. My calluses did not get taken down at all. She basically just buffed my calloused feet. Within an hour my feet felt rough again. :( The girl who did my mani was good and really super nice. But the special product I paid an extra $10.00 for was crap. It was supposed to make the polish last 2 weeks without chips and peeling. But within 2 days the whole nail was all pealing off! My husband who paid for this for me was not happy! Needless to say I will not go back for these services.

Here is the deal - their massage therapist, Lily, is AMAZING. However, the atmosphere of the massage room could be vastly improved. It is a little room right off the main salon area, and it is not sound-proofed; your relaxation is frequently interrupted by sounds of hairdryers and chatty customers. If you can learn to block that out, you will be fine (and trust me, Lily is worth the effort).

Absolutely looked nothing like what I wanted. Had showed what I wanted to the stylist, and he cut my hair way too short along with "lightening" my hair, which I have done a better job at home with a box kit that was $8. Definetly never coming back again. I would have been better off with cost cutters for $8, and liked it more.

Abby gave me gorgeous eyelash extensions- she is very talented and very quick! Ive had them done other places and Abby is definitely the best. She spent extra time finding the right kind of extensions and glue to use for me. Great service - and super nice!
