This is the last time I EVER purchase anything like this through sites like Amazon local. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to cancel the appointments I made for myself and a friend, as I was trying to explain what was going on and what my options were for rescheduling, her attitude was NOT cool...so much so that I chose to forfeit my vouchers. With an attitude like that over the phone, I certainly wasnt going to feel comfortable w/ her working on me. I cant say say that I hate the salon itself, because I havent been there and now Ill never go there because of this incident, with this particular nail tech. whom I believe her name is Susan. Ill admit I flew off the handle a little....because of HER attitude. Being a professional does NOT mean you hang up on someone when they are in mid-sentence.

Natasha gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. She was very sweet and made nice conversation the entire time. This place is a hidden gem. They take great pride in their work and from I gather gave been working with each other for many years. I highly recommend this place and especially Natashas services.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very kind and paid close attention to detail. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, providing coffee, water, and neck pillows. The pedicure and manicure I received were some of the best Ive had!

Dont expect a sleek, new decor with aromatic products. However, my sylist did do a thorough and professional job. Wash, cut, and style for my long, layered hair cost $29. I cant comment on any of their other services.
