Oh my goodness, I had the worst salon experience of my life here. On NYE I went in a few hours before going out to get my hair blow dried, and flat ironed straight ( I have very thick and curly, 3c hair.), like I often do. I frequent the Mall of America Regis and a Regis in Milwaukee, so I thought this one would be great as well. That was not the case. The stylist washed my hair and began to (attempt) blow dry it. Instead of combing my hair through before, which Ive found most stylists do in sections, she just decided to go right at it. Needless to say, she had to stop a lot and try to brush through my hair while she was blow drying. Because it was taking so long, she called it quits and began to straighten my hair. My hair was still damp and I could hear the iron sizzle and steam every now and again. No other stylists stepped in to assist the clearly new and young stylist. They watched her struggle and in the end my hair suffered. If I wasnt so dang passive, I wouldve said something. This review is only receiving any stars because the woman was so, so nice but was just clearly overwhelmed, with no assistance or guidance. I showered right when I got home. It looked like when I used to straighten my hair myself when I was in elementary school. It was bad. I hope theyve figured it out...

I visited Caity for a cut and color in December 2016, and she was fabulous. Getting a cut and color is a time consuming process and it was great to have someone that was easy to talk to and made the time fly by. After the appointment, I wasnt 100% thrilled with my hair (honestly, this was my fault and not at all Caitys fault, as I have a really hard time describing what I want), so we scheduled a follow-up appointment and Caity gave me suggestions on how to really narrow down what I wanted and describe it. After meeting again, with a better description of what I wanted, Caity completely nailed it. I am so happy with the way my hair turned out, and definitely plan on scheduling appointments with her in the future!

I went to Regis for a short haircut andcolor. I ended up with a haircut I could do nothing with. So I went back and said I wanted it like picture she cut back short but the top and sides were a mess. So I went somewhere else they added high lights like picture and cut it just like picture and i loved it. I dont know why she couldnt do it. But had to sp end a lot of money twice which I didnt have.

I love this salon! Whitney is my stylist and she is simply amazing. She does great work and always makes me feel comfortable when I walk into her salon. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist. She always listens to what I want and gives me honest feedback. All the girls at this location are extremely friendly and will make your experience enjoyable. Top notch!

They sure know their color processes here... i have bungled a few things with my hair color over the years, and they have color knowledge mastered. Hair cuts were always great, but it was the hair color experience that I cherish.
