I recently had my hair done by a "Master Hairstylist" and have never been so disappointed. On top of them screwing up my hair, she also was a smoker and obviously went out to smoke when my hair was setting which really I could less about, except when you are touching my face, hair and washing my hair and all I can smell is smoky fingers. I felt disgusted with the entire experience and that was before I realized how horrible my hair looked! I had to get it fixed the following weekend and the stylists there confirmed that there were orange colors mixed in my blonde, my cut was uneven and one side was longer than the other, there were no layers in the back like asked and the color in the back just stopped and there was no clear pattern, almost like she only did what I could see. I called Regis Rosedale to talk to a manager and they refused to do anything. They said since my hair was already fixed they cant do anything as that would have been their only offer. Heck if I would ever go back there to get my hair fixed! The new salon that fixed my hair (amazingly!!) even gave me a deal and theyre not even the ones that screwed it up in the first place! Do not go to Regis Salon - they do not care about their customers.

This is the worst salon ive ever been to. Paid $150 for a complete screw up of a color. My hair turned orange and blotchy. It was all over the place. Not to mention that the woman reaked of cigarette smoke and didnt even show me color swatches to help pick out the color going into my hair. I called to have it fixed and instead of doing the style i wanted, the new stylist decided to just dye my whole head the orange color i hated. So instead of an ombre from brown to blonde, i got a complete head of orange hair. Not to mention all the damage my hair has gone through. I bought a box dye to attempt to fix it or at least tone it down, which worked but of course caused more damage. My hair is naturally curly and because of the damage, it wont even curl. Now im doing deep conditioning treatments attempting to get my hair back. Worst salon ever. Please dont go here for anything more than a trim. I want to cry when i look in the mirror because of my hair and the damage this place caused.

Rachel is an incredible stylist. I went in wanting highlights, but due to a prior henna coloring it just wasnt possible. She managed to successfully balayage my dark henna hair to blondish tones at the bottom. It looked awesome, better than I imagined due to my henna coloring, and she spent considerable and thoughtful time cutting my hair (some stylists will spend 5 minutes on you and youre done). She promised I would walk out satisfied and feeling good and she delivered! Definitely going back to see her.

Definitely would not recommend this location. My hair stylist was rude and did my hair completely wrong. I looked like the mom from Tangled when she was done. The rest of the stylists and even the other customers were sympathic about the situation but my stylist was rude and gave me the worst experience Ive ever had at a hair salon. Regis is usually amazing but do not go to this location! - from a girl who has died her hair every 3-4 months for the past 6 years

Ive been going to Regis for I want to say a little over a year now, and I absolutely love it. Everyone there is willing to help if you have a question about a product. Everyone is really friendly too. I have Rachel color and cut my hair, and have yet to have something go wrong. I tend to go in a switch up my hair color a lot. The stylists also will make a point to start up a conversation with you. I will definitely being going back

Bad highlights, bad haircut, bad service! I have been a loyal customer of Regis from all areas until Roseville. Their customer service is awful, and obviously their ability to do hair is also. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, and even that stylist said the person who did my hair must have had no clue what they were doing. I will never step foot in a Regis again and would not reccommend it to anyone.

Rachel Hedin has done an excellent job in blending my former poor color (done elsewhere) to something I love. She considered what you wanted and mixed in her expertise. I appreciate her honesty in letting me know when I need a trim and when I can wait. She also does my daughters hair and has made it a great experience for them.
