Has the potential to be a great place (great selection, convenient hours, and great pricing). But Ive been here twice and have yet to have a good experience. Both times there were issues that were and are unresolved. The first time trying to buy candy that was on special was a hassle. The second time trying to get adequate resolution for a movie I rented that was protected by cinavia because it was an unauthorized copy was a hassle. This place is poorly ran, unorganized, doesnt appear thus far to value customers, and some of the employees are incompetent.

Family Video is a well stocked local video movie store. They provide movies, snacks, as well as services to buff out scratches in DVDs and Blu-Ray discs. The prices are very reasonable for new releases and, in my opinion, quite cheap once they come of the new release list. They offer 3 and 5 day rentals once they are off the new release schedule. They have lots of movies that they have on their dollar list that are well worth watching.

Wow! An actual video store! Very welcoming staff, great selection of new releases, decent selection of tv shows, lots of older movies, all at a great deal. Order a Marco s pizza right in the store and it will be ready when youre done browsing. The sausage is amazing.

We rent from Family Video once or twice a month, and the service is always fantastic. They also have a great selection. I would have rated them a 5, but there have been a number of times the DVDs were scratched and skipped so bad we had to return them.

Its great to still have a rental store. They have great service here. Knowledgeable staff, great selection. The best part is the Marcos Pizza window in the store. Order a pizza while you pick out movies. Awesome!!!!

Extremely friendly staff, great selection of movies, great deals including a partnership with the Pizza chain next door (Marcos). I cant say enough good things! Its so nice to still have a real movie store in town!

Went there tonight because we ordered a pizza at Marcos and Dustin was SUPER helpful. It was a great way to kill time and we got a movie to watch too. Soooo many deals! Well be coming here again!

Great local video store. Great option when RedBox and Ondemand arent your thing. Love the experience of taking my kids to pick out a movie together. Staff is always happy to be there.

Theres just something special about holding the case to the DVD youre thinking about renting. Video stores are very rare these days, this is a special place.
