Family Video is great! They have a gum ball machine where you can trade your quarter for a gumball and if it is the color of the week, you get a free rental. It is attached to Marcos Pizza so you can literally order from inside the movie store and then look for movies. You get a free movie with a purchase of a large pizza or a 15 dollar purchase I believe. They have a great selection of 1 dollar movies for 5 days and the bluray selection is surprisingly good!!! They do drawings for free movies as well. The employees always seem very happy to help and are more than happy to look up movies for you. The New Releases are on the outside walls and the 1 dollar movies fill in the middle of the store. Large selection of candy as well. Except for the newest of new releases, a large amount of the new releases are also five day rentals. We commonly stop by on Friday or Saturday nights to get movies for the weekend. Great movie store and excited to be able to find some old movies too!

Omg! The lady with the glasses and blonde hair in a bun is just a bi#ch!!! I had a small late fee and she anounced it to the entire store. Then she says in a loud obnoxious snotty tone, while she proceeds to point at the "one day rental" sticker that "ITS DUE BACK TOMORROW!!" We have gone there since it opened, but not anymore!!!

NEVER order a video from this location via Marcos Pizza. No guidance provided in reference to the terms of the movie. Custom Service leaves a lot to be desired. Condescending attitude and you as the customer are wrong no matter what. Id stream or go to Vudu before Id deal with these people. Seriously!!

I love Family Video. I believe its the only movie store left. They have great prices and a huge selection. All of the employees are a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this store to any movie buff or anybody that wants to rent some movies. Id give them ten stars if I could.

Its nice to have a video store again. I like that they work with Marcos pizza for deals and delivery. They have some staffing problems sometimes. They always have great deals and a large selection of free kids movies, fitness/wellness dvds, and documentaries.

Rude chick with blonde hair and glasses transferred a late fee to my account from my relatives account because we have the same address , made it so I cant rent movies until I pay a late fee thats not even from me.

great prices, selection and people. its awesome to have a video store again. out of the ashes of the blockbuster monopoly rise a great and fair store that really cares about its customer. keep up the good work!

There needs to be more places like this. They have every big title, and all the latest movies. They have a good game selection and good deals if you want to try out certain games before you buy.

Its cool to have a retro-feeling video store... but every time we go there we have late fees - I think they REALLY watch the clock, thought the discs were returned on time. Oh well....
