The "Rental programs" are Waaay to Ambigous. Ya Never can get A straight answer about it either !! The "2 DAYS OVER DUE" CHARGE Amount is RIDICULOUS! It must hurt their buisness cause the rates arnt pocket-book friendly (charges get tact on out of nowhere). Thus Driving customers away & resulting in A direct loss of buisness. Many of Family Videos practices & policies are so financially (long term) Ludicrous- im really surprised their still in buisness. All that aside I would reccomend you visit. But remember, YOU WERE WARNED.

Its ok fairly cheap has free kids movies. The discounted rental program is always screwed up no one can give you a straight answer on cost or how it works. Theres always magical charges on my account movies I didnt rent or late fees for movies returned early. Its not a very big place the selection isnt very good.

We rent FREE movies for our kids here all the time & pay for the "grown up" ones. I dont know how they make money their prices are so cheap, but we love going here, service has always been friendly & helpful & they do cater to kids.
