Went here today to drop off a package for my sweetheart and I was expecting a terrible wait or rude customer service like I get at USPS. OH MY GOODNESS... may I just say they were FABULOUSLY nice. The gentleman who had helped me was very courteous and quick to get me out. (For the sake of my time, not his) And flashed me the friendliest smile I have seen in customer service. I wish I had caught his name. Surprisingly I had to keep doing a double take because he reminded me SO much of Ed Sheeran. LOL Anyhow Mr. Sheeran 2.0 did a fabulous job at winning me over and THAT in itself is a DIFFICULT task. And its funny... our interaction lasted all but 5 minutes if that. Will be doing business here for now on. Incidentally Ill be back again tomorrow. :)

This location does not comply with UPS shipping requirements. They have refused to accept a guns slide. See the following: "UPS accepts firearm parts for shipment, provided the part is not a "firearm" as defined under federal law; the contents of the package cannot be assembled to form a firearm; and the package otherwise complies with federal, state, and local law." As a result, I was directed to the Eagan location. NOT convenient ... NOT helpful! UPS service is normally excellent - wont do business with this location ever again!

My father had shipped back a return part to Sears as they double shipped him for his dishwasher part and he forgot to write the return authorization number on the outside of the box as instructed. I called the store in Woodbury where he dropped it off and they were nice enough to look through their packages and find it for me. They called me on my cell and he wrote the number on the carton for me. Thank you for going above & beyond for my customer service needs.

Not well. Owner complained about me asking for a 2 foot piece of tape for a box I was shipping out via UPS. Didnt leave with a very good feeling. He said this (the expense of the tape I presume) was why small businesses go under. No, small businesses go under because of poor customer service, because the competition is better, and because in the age of the internet, word gets around. Looking for shipping and printing solutions? There are better options.

Everyone at this store is always so friendly and making sure to go above and beyond to help you out! Also the owner is probably one of the nicest people ive ever met, he really does a great job with his store and making sure every customer is happy. Going to continue going to this store rather than the USPS. Thanks for everything!

Went to this UPS store today to notarize few documents and to get prepaid labels. They charged me $5/document and refused to give prepaid labels if I dont ship it through them. Last year got few documents notarized from same store $1/document. Would love to buy a franchise if price increases at this pace.

Have used this stores PO Box and mailing services for 4+ years and have never had better experience dealing with mail services. They provide options, help and friendly customer service. I have never had any issues with this store. The staff has always been courteous and helpful.

The customer service here is great. I recently got a box here for my mail. I had a package come and there was a note in my box, so I gave it to the guy and he quickly retrieved it. No waiting in line, no hassle. This is much better than a post office box.

I dont know who the owner is but everyone Ive ever dealt with has been efficient, helpful and pleasant to the point of helping me carry multiple boxes into the store. I go here before I go to the Woodbury post office and wait in line for 15 minutes!
