For some reason the Fedex home delivery decided I wasnt home today so they bypassed my house without even leaving a note on the door, even though I spent my morning waiting for them. Tracking number said I wasnt available and itll be delivered next week even though I was sitting here staring out my window and the truck didnt even drive by.

Ive been shipping product for 2 years, had a great customer experience at the grand ave store. There have been zero questions asked, subtle negative comments about my shipping items and overall negative attitude. If shipping items with an account basic shipping suppies are included; have been for years now. At this location they are not.

In general, the staff is constantly up-selling their services. Constantly lying to say you cant ship a box/package unless they pack it (confirmed incorrect by a call to FedEx). I stopped going here and suggest you go to another facility, e.g. OfficeMax, where you arent treated like dirt.

I sell a lot and ship a lot on EBay.....I only use FedEx if they are the cheapest option otherwise I avoid dropping off at this place at all costs. They always insist that they need to repackage my product and charge $10 for it.

I use them a lot for prints and invitations and the occasional miscellaneous purchase. They have always been amazing. So nice and willing to help you with whatever you need. I love all of their employees!! :)

This location does not know how to do Ebay Valet. Maybe that will change, but for now be sure to call ahead (albeit I have even called ahead and they said they could then no one there actually could).
