I called on 2/19/15 for truck service. I verified I had an account and asked the woman customer service representative if I could pay with a credit card over the phone. I thought this was very polite offering to pay right away immediately with a credit card over the phone: I was completely wrong, this was the wrong question to ask. After I asked this question, she said "HOLD ON" I held for a minute or two, and she said well "Ill have to transfer you to Jeff." Im running a business and trying to things delivered in Minneapolis today and wanted to order truck service and pay for it not get run around through different phone loops. I asked the lady, "you cant take credit cards yourself?" She said "NO, ONLY JEFF CAN". I told the lady that I didnt think it was "rocket science" to order truck service with a credit card. She then transferred me and it went to a voicemail answering machine. Im supposed to be dealing with a dispatcher to order a truck service and Im getting transferred to a voicemail! I called back, and I guess the woman who I was originally dealing with completely exaggerated the situation and told Jeff that I cussed her out or something WHICH I NEVER DID. Jeff made me feel horrible saying that I cant service you because you were so rude to the first woman (WHICH I WAS NOT). I called back again trying to explain to Jeff that I was not rude to the woman customer service agent, and they just lied and said Jeff left. Long and short of it is this company sucks. I try ordering and paying and I guess that is too difficult for them. I do know too they arent the cheapest of carriers in the Metro.

AVID COMPANY CUSTOMER NO LONGER. THEIR CHARGES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. THEIR DRIVERS ARE LATE, WHEN CALLING FOR COMPLAINT IM ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THEY DONT EVER WANT TO PUT A SOLUTION TO THE FIX. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. OUR COMPANY DID A SWITCH AND ARE VERY PLEASED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. AND READING THE OWNERS RESPONSE TO SOME OF THESE COMMENTS HE DOESNT SEEM AT ALL VERY NICE. MIGHT COINSIDE WITH HOW THE BUSINESS IS BEING RUN I GUESS. SORRY NOT SORRY.

Their drivers are horrible. Its obvious that they lack common sense and job experience. But this is what happens when a company doesnt treat their people well. There is lots of employee turnover which leaves little continuity. Dont be fooled by their shiny new vehicles, or other parlor tricks. Its all smoke and mirrors. There is a lot of competition out there for you dollar that wont compromise the relationships with your customers.

After being turned away by a competitor company I called priority, They signed me up and got everything delivered that night and picked up right within the hour. The sales guy was awesome and my packages arrived right on time. Thanks Dan and Priority! Will use again!

Professional, courteous, and an all around great company and service they offer. If you need it on time and done right, call and rely on this company to do it for you. Plenty of competition out there...but in my opinion only one pulls through..and thats Priority.

Horrible drivers. I almost got t-boned by a vanex truck on Laurpenteur ave this morning because the driver ran a red light. Then he even honked at me for being in his way even though I had the green light... Wouldve made a good lawsuit.

Had a lot of good experiences throughout the years. Mishaps can happen anywhere, and there were only far and few in between. Glad to have a reliable courier service in the Twin Cities!
