After UPS had a delay in shipping our guaranteed 3 day packages, this local store was supposed to reroute our packages. They dropped the ball and only rerouted 1 of the 2 packages. At this point I have spent 2 weeks already trying to get the store to reroute the package to the right location. The employees have been very nice on the phone however they are supposedly relaying the message to the owner for him to give me a call and correct the situation. He has avoided calling back. I am assuming he hopes that the situation will go away. The employees have even indicated that they are doing all that they can, but unfortunately cant force him to call me back. It is too bad that he now has my money and doesnt care if the packages never arrived at the right location.

Worst UPS STORE PERIOD. I send a package to Canada I declare the value at $80 and they put in the computer $800 and charge all kind of brokerage fees Tax and so on, I could have flew to Canada for what it ended up costing me. I contact the store and he acknowledged his mistake and he did nothing for the last three weeks. Unacceptable treatment. I wish I had read the reviews before I shipped with this location. Avoid this place there are other UPS Stores to spend your money. Someone should remind them what customer service is or let the consumer know that good service is optional depends on which employees are having a good or bad day.

FYI - This place has the WORST customer service EVER!!! If your package makes it ok - then youre fine. If it doesnt, youll spend three plus months dealing with owner Kevin who doesnt care whether or not you are reimbursed even though UPS already paid them out the month prior. Kevins answer to why there was no communication even though he was given 8+ messages by the store and UPS directly was, "do you think that really matters right now?" Formal complaints made to store did nothing. Really - they just dont care about customers

I have used many UPS shipping stores for business all across the country, and when I went to this store to ship a computer, with a prepaid label, they quoted me $38 for packing. A week prior I shipped the same computer from a UPS in Oregon and the charged me $4.38. And 3 weeks prior I shipped another electronic, with a prepaid label, for less than $10 packing. Do not purchase anything at this store and pre purchase your label online if you must use UPS.

I walked in with Amazon returns and needed 2 pieces of tape for the boxes I was returning. He said it would be $3.00 for each piece of tape. I now see why the reviews are the way they are. The bald headed old man should take a lesson in customer service and try to raise these reviews... Plus the stores workstation didnt even have a pen for use... No wonder why FedEx Office was packed and he had nobody. Ill just schedule a pickup and avoid that place.

After using their computer for 3 minutes, I was charged a ridiculous amount. ($15). I have done this several times at other UPS locations and it has only cost me a couple dollars. The manager who I spoke to about this was extremely rude and uncoopriative. The worst UPS store I have ever been to. I drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to another UPS store.

This location has no idea what customer service is. I was trying to make 3 copies and 1 didnt work 3 times (one done by the owner). He still charged for 11 copies. His math skills are equal to his customer service, because even if you charge for the 2 sided black copies and the 1 that he did it totals 7. This place is a joke! Is there a zero stars?

Poor experience at this store. I mailed a small package from this store. The package was lost for a month and when it was delivered the item inside was broken. UPS said the store was supposed to follow up with me and never did. The store owner, Kevin, was not helpful. Wont be going back to this store again.

WORST UPS STORE EVER! Dropped off an Amazon return padded envelope. Ups wanted to charge me $2 to tape the end or $7 to buy a roll of tape. Burnsville Ups store does not charge for tape. This is ridiculous! I will never be back to this place that is also in dire need of renovations inside.

Emma was fantastic! Ive been using this location over the summer since I graduated and they are always helpful. I had to ship 7 packages today like 40 minutes before they closed and Emma was super helpful. She helped me carry my boxes in and was patient with all the repeat forms I had to fill out.

I read the reviews before going into this store today - and I was a bit anxious for how I would be treated. The young man, Nick, who waited on me, couldnt have been nicer. I told him about the reviews and he said " trust me, that wont happen again" It didnt -- great service!

I brought a box with two rental textbooks to this store. The male staff person only placed one of the return labels on the box. He assumed both labels were the same and simply crumpled up my other return label. I had to call amazon customer service to get the issue resolved.
