About a month ago, I dropped off my package at mailbox too a little before 5:00 pm. I left it with the rude lady at the front desk. I was told the mailman had already picked up the load for the day & that my package would be picked up the following morning. I said ok & walked out the door. About 3 days later I received a notification to remind me to ship out my package which had already been dropped off by myself at mailbox too!!! Bc it was later in the evening all the business were already closed so I had to wait until the next day to talk to anyone. The following morning I called mailbox too & spoke to the "manager" who rudely told me my package wasnt in his store & blamed the post office for my lost package!!! I called 2 different post offices who said they couldnt help me bc my package wasnt scanned & they cant track my package bc someone failed to scan the barcode! I also contacted my customer to explain this mess (she was very understanding)... I then stopped in the store at mailbox too to speak to the "manager" who wasnt in the store. I spoke to the guy & the rude lady that pretty much said he ripped apart the store to find my package & my package wasnt anywhere to be found. He blamed the post man again. And he said his "manager" yelled at him & his "manager" would call me tomorrow! The next day came & yet I never received a phone call from this "responsible manager".... Its now over 1 month later & I gave mailbox too a bad review on Facebook. Which was finally followed by a phone call from the "manager"!!! The only reason he called was bc he received a notification that I had gave his store a BAD review!!! He argued with me the whole phone call. He barely gave me a chance to speak! Even the most basic entry level public job teaches the 3 most important steps to deal with customer issues/dissatisfaction . Obviously Mail Box 2 employees from the top down were either not taught this or could not grasp it so let me help you: The 3 As of customer service!!! • A - Acknowledge the concern (without talking over the customer) • A - Apologize for the issue/concern (without talking over the customer) • A - Assure the issue would be resolved !!!! (without talking over the customer) They all have failed in all 3 areas!!! I dont care that package hasnt been found, packages do get lost, misplaced & sometimes they turn up later!!! I hate the fact that he states hes NOT RESPONSIBLE for my package...! SERIOUSLY??? Who says stuff like this??? YES MR "manager" your responsible for my package bc I left it in your care!!! I blame you 100% for my lost package! Keep in mind that this was not the 1st package I have shipped & or dropped off! Yet the only one that has been lost/misplaced! Instead of trying to "fix" this issue he calls to argue with me & say hes not responsible! He called to argue instead of fix the issue!!!! Note to the public DONT USE THIS PLACE, EVER!

I have a very hard time believing these other reviews (honestly they sound like people who can never be pleased and hate life, lol jk) as I have owned a box at this location for almost 1.5 years. NEVER have I experienced a rude c.s. situation as a matter of fact there is a gentleman there by the name of, "Sam" who consistently goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. If you need a mailbox location that has fair hours and above average customer service this is your place.
