This place and organization get a singular star. I dont understand how I can find out that my package was not delivered to my house and then not be able to contact the local shipping center directly about a problem caused by their driver. Instead, I get to deal with corporate headquarters and wonder where my package went to. Not to mention that it is absolutely absurd that I have to answer the same three questions of were you home? did you check around your house? and will you check with your neighbors? Im fine with the first two...that isnt a problem, but checking with neighbors is kind of absurd in this case as it is a 60-70 lb package (I didnt pay to have to haul a package around. I paid for it to be delivered to my door) and some of my neighbors are crazy. I have no intention of talking to a neighbor about a missing package especially since this is a driver error. Now I get to wait 24-48 hours to see if my package shows up and if it is damaged.

Im so disappointed in the service I keep receiving. I am a may stay at home mom so I am always home. When I have made purchases and Im expecting a delivery, I can without a doubt expected if FedEx is the carrier it will be delivered to the wrong address. I have made several attempts to complain about the driver delivering my packages to the wrong address. With one time they resent with a delivery note stating it was to have a signature. Yet it was still delivered to wrong address and left on their front porch with NO SIGNATURE. To top it off the house theyre delivering packages to doesnt even have an address on the it. Yet mine does. I can go on and on about all my methods of giving them directions and everything else weve tried, but I am done. People you get paid to do a job. Please do it correctly, read, pay attention to address. After all isnt that why Im paying a shipping fee?

My package was sent last Thursday. Friday, I called and got someone in another countrys call center whom I couldnt understand and who didnt know what to do to help me. Saturday, I drove out to the Fedex store on Campbell, and they looked up the tracking number and said it was on a truck and would probably arrive between 3 and 5 PM. I was home on the porch sorting photos from 2:30-5 PM and it did not arrive. As I was cleaning up the porch, I spied a piece of paper on the ground down below. I went down to pick it up and it was the FEDEX notice that they had been there at 1:30 PM. It was taped to the screen door and blew off, apparently. Now, Im going to where it said the package would be at 8 AM Monday morning to retrieve it, if I can keep it from going out on the truck.

the man at the counter tried to send me to Strafford and then wouldnt give me the package because the first name was wrong. I even had government documents proving I lived at the address and I had the sender call them to let me pick up the package. All-in-all, I spent 2 hours there before I convinced them the package was mine. Every time they told me the requirements to get my package, I would met their demands, they would came their mind and refuse to give me the package again. Nor once were they friendly or apoligize after they determined I was right. I was calm with them, I learned it is apparently never good to be friendly. This is a sad excuse for a company.

02.21.2013 Today we have 2-3 inches of ice on the road and I live at the bottom of a steep hill. Schools and businesses are closed. The FedEx driver called to make sure I was home. He couldnt get into my driveway so he WALKED the package down the icy hill, probably 1/4 mile. He could have waited until another day....but the package contained fresh flowers and he didnt want me to have to wait. Little did he know it was my birthday! Wish I knew his name.. I was so surprised I forgot to ask. Flowers from my granddaughter on a gray, icy birthday...wonderful.

I ordered boudoir pictures which are obviously very personal and they were shipped through FedEx. I have never had an issue with a missing package until this time, coincidentally. They said they are unable to locate the package as if it vanished into thin air. Definitely wont have anything shipped through here again, and am very upset that such personal pictures are who know where. FedEx definitely ruined the experience.

Said that a notice had been left on my door or mailbox, there never had been. I had gave them my number so they could call me to see if I was home, they never used it so now I have no idea where my stuff is at since it says that it has been forwarded to some random location that no one will tell me.
