Honestly, Id like to give them no star or negative feedback. This is the third time that they did not want to deliver my package at all. First time is the overnight shipping from Japan, they left me a door tag said that Im not available, I was at home waiting for my important document all day, because I need it the next day. Call the customers services more than 10 times to let the driver come back and deliver again. Second time is a 2nd shipping from Singapore, told me same thing that Im not available. I went to pick it up by myself. This time even worse, ordered a Chromecast from Google, promise to to be delivered within 2 days. Ok, after 2 days, my package just depart from the original city in IL, I call the customers services they told me it will be in my city at same day and will still deliver in that day, wait at home a whole day and no show, second day, they scan it just arrived in Minneapolis, call the customers services twice, they promise me again it will be delivered in that day and no show. Today, they scan it on the vehicle for delivery and no show! All I want to say is if they dont want to do business why they are still open? If FedEx doesnt have the power to control every facilities why they keep charge us money for the "fast shipping". Extremely disappointed!

I wish I could give you guys zero in rating, but one is the lowest I can go. I am by far disappointed in Fedex. I DID NOT AND I SHOULD REPEAT DID NOT RECEIVE MY 6 PACKAGES. I had to file two claims because I did not realize that I had 6 different tracking numbers, so you guys made me call again to file another claim. Interestingly, I got had two people calling me, one said that the driver never got back and that you guys couldnt get a hold of the driver so I had to call amazon for a refund and the second person who called me said that the driver claimed to have left TWO packages at our house. THAT IS A LIE BECAUSE I WAS HOME ALL DAY. Also, how is it that your representative at Roseville, MN calls to tell me that the packages required and got a signature as claimed by your driver when clearly it said left at the side of the house door. get your facts right before trying to lie about 150 dollars worth of things. A company should have trust and honestly and apparently YOU GUYS HOLD NONE OF THOSE TWO VALUES. Even UPS is better than you guys at "ringing doorbells".

Had to send 4 packages that contained dry ice so I had to make the trip to this service center. To ensure I was following all the guidelines, I waited to tape my packages at the center so I was there for a bit finishing and labeling in the lobby. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I overheard many transactions and conversations among the employees when other customers werent around. They were always professional and cheery. The gal who assisted me took her time and double checked with another staff member from the back room to ensure packaging and labeling was accurate so there would be no delays in getting the time sensitive shipments to their destinations. She was patient and thorough and upon leaving I felt assured the packages would arrive on time. Ill definitely be returning here to do more shipping. Thanks fed ex!

Package was delayed due to weather on 6-30-15 and held in TN, called and asked when package would be delivered. I was told the package would be guaranteed by 3pm on 7-1-15...package didnt arrive,called again and was told that they are so backed up they cannot guarantee when the package would be dropped off, anytime between the end of the day and the next morning by 10:30am. Our business opens at 10am and package was attempted to be delivered at 8:45am...called again and was told it would be dropped off no later than 3pm. Just a horrible shipping service choose another carrier if possible, the team of idiots at Fedex try anything possible to inconvenience you. I now have to drive to their main location to pick the package up myself so I can get the package before 1pm. Just shitty service all around. Using UPS from now on.

Very friendly people, great service! I showed up 10min before close on a weekday (~7:35pm), a very busy time for them as the day trucks were coming in and the last night trucks were going out, plus there were several people in line ahead of me, but I was immediately greeted and thanked for my patience, and it was clear the 3 employees working the front of the facility were getting through the line as efficiently as possible. More people continued to arrive and they let the line grow right up until their closing time of 7:45, when they locked the door but continued to serve everyone who had arrived by then. I had my package and was out by 7:50, and again everyone was very nice and apologized for the wait even though it really was not their fault!

I paid for overnight shipping to my apartment. The FedEx driver was too lazy to bring the package to the apartment office (I asked the leasing manager and she was there at the time of delivery) and left me with a door tag saying itd be dropped off tomorrow. I wouldnt have paid for overnight shipping if I didnt need it tonight. After calling the facility I was informed it was too late for them to do anything about it, and Id have to drive 45 minuses to the delivery store to pick it up if I needed it today. Then they refused to refund my shipping, even though I paid for overnight shipping and clearly didnt get it due to the drivers laziness. Terrible customer service and terrible practice.

Paid for express delivery, they said they tried to deliver it three times. I was home waiting the whole entire time. No one. Got a DT number and called, they luckily had it at the warehouse before they sent it back to seller. Rescheduled a redelivery for the very next day, driver came, I was waiting right by the door, he didnt know anything about my package. Called Center back again, they decided to keep it, WHY? Who the hell knows. Spent 20 bucks on uber to get there and get back. At least with United Parcel Service i ge ta text message about where my stuff is. FEDEX is pathetic.

I am writing this review in response to the strongly negative reviews (I don’t get it). Now I do wish all shipping companies would care enough to be more careful with my packages, I do ship and receive quite a bit, and any damage is generally only to the packaging. As for this Roseville office, I give them 5 stars. Clean, safe, and convenient parking, willingness to let me use their carts, never a long line (often no waiting), friendly and professional. Again, the folks scoring so low seem to be venting about the company and not about this office.

I got a call saying I had a day to pick up a package before they sent it back (no previous calls or emails or notes at my apartment). It didnt work with my schedule to pick it up within the day time frame I was given but luckily I got them to transfer it to a FedEx that was actually near the location the package was supposed to arrive at and and extra day to pick it up. Or so I thought, they sent it to a different location than I requested which is a nightmare for both traffic and parking.
