First, they delivered the wrong day after scheduling the day before. Second day they came to deliver they never called me, I had to call three times and they wanted me to wait another day to get my package. Dana was awesome though and got the driver to actually meet his timeline only 39 minutes late. They had to unload the entire truck in front of my house so they could get to my package. It was a fiasco. Home Depot needs to change providers.

We use Street Fleet at work on a daily basis, including a few dedicated runs. They are great to work with, and reasonably priced. The management staff is always on top of any problem and the couriers are well dressed and very polite. I highly recommend them. We have worked with 4 courier companies in the past 5 years or so and Street Fleet has been great!

One of the worst delivery service I have ever experienced!!! Could not deliver my item on time and it took them two days and multiple phone calls from me to get it delivered. Their delivery schedule keeps changing and different call attendees gives u different time!!! I dont know why Home Depot use them for home delivery.

Called because theyre 24 hours. They do not work unless you have an account. They would not start an account because the person there was not authorized to used credit cards. Next person wouldnt be back for several hours. Awful way to do business, unreliable.

Worthless customer service, does not return calls, no sense of urgency with an expedited shipment, and manages to lose paperwork. I will personally avoid using these folks in the future.

Whatever time they state to have it delivered in add an half hour to an hour to that and that will be there actual time.
