I came here to drop off a pre-paid package. I needed tape to adhere the label on and they are usually willing to tape it on for me. This time, they wanted to charge me $1 for tape. I decided to buy a roll of tape instead. The sign said that the roll of tape was $2.19 but I was told that the price was incorrect and it was actually $2.99. I decided to buy it anyway so that I could send my package. After ringing me up, I was told that it was under $5 so I couldnt use my credit card. Seriously???

I have used this PostNet location for years, for everything from shipping overseas to printing my wedding programs to renting a mailbox for a while. They knock it out of the park every time, and always with such a friendly attitude. Theyre thorough, helpful, and have accommodated some really tight turnaround times. And a bonus - I love that theyll reuse the packing peanuts and air pockets that items get shipped with. So great that I dont have to put them in the landfill!

Online order placed- which required prepayment. Then, received a call that the order would be 2.5 times MORE than I already pre-paid, because "their new system isnt quite right". Also, the stock quoted is also not available... The staff is very friendly and polite, but PostNet needs to get a working system down. I dont trust their online system & would recommend taking your files in to them directly and not using it.

Great service and great product. The business cards I ordered had an error on them, even though the error was my fault they still went out of their way to correct the mistake and make the situation right. I needed the business cards for an event I was attending the following Monday and they made sure I had the correct business cards that I needed in time for the event. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Great ownership, team members, service and communication. We use this PostNet for all business cards and postcards - we collaborate on the design (this consists of me calling and asking them to create something cool, which they do each time) and the ship incredibly quickly.
