I had been a member for a few years and decided to cancel my membership. It is October now, and I filled out my cancellation form on June 10th. Wyoming Snap Fitness has been making unauthorized charges to my card ever since. claiming I never canceled. Even upon digging up my cancellation form which was dated and notes made by a manager to cancel my membership back in June. These people have been assholes to deal with and refuse to give me a refund for the months they have been stealing. I am sending copies of my cancellation form to corporate and letting them know how their Wyoming franchise is being ran by crooks. And I will not stop until I have dragged them through the mud for how they handle their mistakes and get a refund of my money back. A simple, "I apologize your cancellation didnt process when it was intended. We will refund you for the months post cancellation. Sorry for the inconvenience." No, instead the manager is a complete witch. I will also be contacting the owner because having a general manager who treats members so terribly should not have a job anymore. This was in no way my fault. I asked to cancel, was given a form to fill out and hand back, and told thats it. This club refuses to take responsibility and play fair.
