Continued to charge us after signing cancellation paper work then claims nothing is in writing and is charging us through next month even though its been cancelled for months, huge scam, total slime ball. Should of gotten copy of the paper work, lesson learned I guess.

The Hugo club has excellent management that takes pride in the club and in providing quality service to its members. I enjoy the feel of the club, from the lighting, to the acoustics, and of course, the equipment.
