Alright so I went in when I heard about free trial and wanted to do the week trial.. but nope this lady was about business all the way wouldnt even let us talk jus got me a membership right away she was vary pushy about it and on top of that I didnt like it there so I cancelled my membership thing the way my contract said but before that I had paid one bill late so I called them to pay over the phone and I gave them my card info well I also told them that I will be canceling my membership and he said he would put that in the computers and said u still have to an extra months ND I said ya sure ok thats fine.... well that was months ago... yesterday I found out they are still taking out my money and they kept my card info with out my permission and started doing auto payments and I was completely unaware ! I was getting bills of what I had to pay cuz I never gave them my card info like wtf ??? So basicly they are robbing my money that is now over 150$ I am guessing ... I try to call them and corpret and everything but no one answered!!!! I even did that corpret email thing and no one got back to me I hate this place e and I am almost ready to sue!

HORRIBLE!!!! I usually dont write google reviews but this deserves a horrible one. I signed up for the 7 day trial and I stopped in one night to see about the place and use my free pass and the lady who was there asked if she could help me and I said I have a free 7 day pass and all she said to me was okkkk... go ahead and workout then. I could not believe she didnt even take time to show me around or explain anything. I asked her if she could show me around and she looked at me like I was crazy! I have never been to a gym that hasnt showed you around and talked about their fees and the gym. The gym was small and everything looked dirty, It was horrible! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I love working out here every day after work but then due to health issues I was no longer able to work and I had to drop my membership. But alas... NO! said they.... you must keep paying... we have a CONTRACT... Um... Go to the YMCA instead.... they have MORE machines, MORE free weights, AND a fantastic pool, sauna, AND hot-tub...

Old management was terrible... They got new management as of a month ago and it has been much better. They are really trying to make things better.
