Service is average or sometimes below at the front desk. Not very helpful nor willing to assist in resolving issues. Some of the staff are very rude. Had a few packages dropped off at my Apartment and left at my doorstep. Packages that contained over $200 worth of items. That is not safe. Have called in advanced to try and catch an order before I left to go out of town and was told, "No, you cant do that. We have to deliver it even if you arent there. Then you have to come and pick it up." I explained that I have done this before and thats when I was basically told that its against policy. Regardless if it was or not the tone and attitude of the staff on the other end was not necessarily. Very disappointed with the customer service and delivery service because it flip-flops from being amazingly reliable and very satisfying to absolutely horrible service and delivery times.

Clerks at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. I have repeated issue with delivery packages. Our packages didnt require delivery confirmation or signature, but we always get pink slip in our mail box. I have constantly made trips to the post office to pick up our packages. I have talked to the delivery manager regarding to the latest package delivery issue. Its been 3 weeks since I have talked to her. She said she was going to talk to the delivery guy and call me back. But never received any phone call from her. Very disappointed at their customer service. All the 3 stars are going to the courtesy of the front desk staff.

If you travel on Pass Road this USPS location is accessed by turning onto Jim Money Road and taking the first available left. Accesses directly on Pass Road are all exit-only. The staff are friendly and courteous. Speed of service varies VERY much by the volume and needs of the customers, but individual needs are concluded with due speed. The labor allocation is reliably short, though I have yet to see a postal location with adequate staffing; stopping in when youre in a hurry is ill-advised. This branch performs to the standard of the USPS average.

I live in an apartment complex and it said my package was delivered and that it was uit in a Parcel Locker. They didnt leave no key for the parcel locker in my mail box. All the parcel locker are empty. Thats says they delivered it to the wrong person and they now have my package. Who know if I ever will get it from them. Horrible service.

This is a convenient and fast postal office which is nice for when I need to get something mailed but dont have a lot of time.
