The expiration date on my credit card recently changed. Consequently, my payment did not go through on the scheduled date. It has been four days since they attempted to charge me. In that time I have received several emails stating they were going to hand my account over to a collection agency. I also received harassing phone calls from the company providing the membership management for TITLE. As a member who has never missed a payment I felt as though this was abusive and handled poorly.

The instructors are great! I love how they take the time to get to know each individual and theyre all so good at being knowledgeable/helpful when it comes to correcting your form/technique! Everyone does a fantastic job; I really enjoy Stephanie, Chris, and Amandas classes!!! #hitithard
