Ive never done crossfit before so I was hoping to get information, possible a tour. Just recently Moved into the area was simply handed a card told to call the owner hes on vaction. He will help you and shown out the door. Guy didnt introduce himself, asked me if I ever done crossfit before I said no, immediately looked disinterested in anything else I had to say. Super unfriendly staff and immediately felt like I didnt belong and that I wouldnt be welcomed. Im not sure about the actual classes, but I can definitely speak on the friendliness of the staff and I rate it a 1.
