AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! TLDR; Company breaks my computer while in their care, proceeds to change story and refuse to right their wrong This summer, I dropped my macbook pro off at CPR to fix a damaged display. The screen was not cracked, but the display was not working properly (large purple smudge at bottom of screen). They told me it would take 4-5 days to ship a new display and one day to install. I called them a week later and they informed me that in the process of changing the display the mac was dropped and the screen cracked. They told me that they would replace it without charge,it would just be another 4-5 days for a new screen to be shipped. When the screen was replaced, my mother picked up the computer and I started it. The screen only displayed white (I call it the white screen of death). I brought the mac back to them and they said they would look at it. After a long period of time (about a month) they called me in the morning and told me that the white screen was caused by a broken motherboard, which could have happened when it was dropped or a power surge. I pointed out that the motherboard must have been broken while in their care, since it was working when I dropped it off, and broken when it was returned. He then told me that he would have to speak to his manager and call me right back. After waiting about 6 hours, I called the store back. They then changed their story and said that the computer was never dropped when they were placing the display and theorized that the motherboard must have short-circuited when I charged it. As I have owned several macs and charged them probably thousands of times without this ever occurring, I consider it very unlikely that the computer happened to short-circuit conveniently right after I got it back from them before it started. Long story short, we both know that it was broken while in their care but they decided to change their story and refuse to replace the motherboard.

Service was good, appreciate the fast and quality customer service, but the replacement part that they used to replace the screen on my iPhone 4S was a cheap aftermarket replacement, and it cracked in my pocket, with the lifeproof case on it, less than a week after I got it repaired, which wasnt covered by their repair warranty. I will be getting it fixed again but from someone who offers OEM parts that are more reliable. Likely going to try ordering a screen on Amazon and replacing it myself this time.

I have gotten multiple phone screens fixed here before. Great quality and works perfectly. However the great quality will never outweigh the shitty customer service, slow return time, and lack of communication with the clients. With all the gas spent driving back and fourth and the time spent simply waiting, I would have enough time and money to have gotten it fixed somewhere else or just buy a new phone.

Awful. Brought in my iPad for a cracked screen and the trouble built from there. What is supposed to take 1 day ended up taking 4 days because they broke more in the repair process than was originally broken. Now Im left with a screen with dead areas, fingerprints behind the new screen, and non functional wifi. Go somewhere else!

Great service, good quality parts and labor. This is my second trip to repair of high school daughters iphon (cracked screen 4S first time, her buddies phone second time). Thier hours say theyre open until 6:00 PM on Saturdays. Arrived there today, Saturday, at 5:30 PM and the doors were locked, lights were off etc. It behoves one to call before you drive to this place to make sure theyre open. Nevertheless, they have done terrific work for me in the past

A long story that begins with a cracked iPad screen. Long story short, the staff was communicative, helpful, and has earned a longterm customer. In this day and age when companies dont choose to do the right thing by the customer, I felt CPR Chesterfield went above and beyond.

I took my htc evo 4g lte in for a cracked screen. They fixed the screen however, I had to bring the phone back in 4 more times for them to try to bond the screen back into the phone. After leaving my phone with them for 5 separate occasions it is still not fixed.

These guys were awesome! I brought in my sons WiiU console about 10 minutes before they closed one evening, and they stayed and replaced the screen on the spot. Its so nice to find people who go out of their way to help. I would definitely recommend CPR to anyone.
