Called Micro Center, 10 minutes on hold waiting for service and gave up. Called Best Buy 15 minutes on hold waiting for help, gave up. Called Computer Guys and immediately got a knowledgable person on the phone to answer my questions about upgrading. The guy did NOT tell me I "just need to get a new one" like the box stores always say. He gave me great advice on how to upgrade my machine to get the performance I want. Night and Day experience difference between the box stores. Cant wait to do business with these guys.

I have been to the store a couple of times, not impressed with the selection of items. The second time I dropped by to see if they had an HD Audio cable with a front I/O connector. The guy was with another customer and he asks me what I need, I tried to explain but he just quickly told me that he didnt have any HD Audio, which is a standard cable in pcs since Intel came out with it in 1997. I was just trying to support local business, but I think I will just order from newegg.

They have helped me and my father with our computers on several occasions. Theyve saved me from a nervous breakdown when my laptop crashed and they got me up and running in no time at all...i am self employed and totally dependant on my laptop for tracking my schedule...i didnt miss a step because of The Computer Guys!

My hard drive crashed , black screen of death with no recent back ups. Called them and they got me in right away. They were able to recover the back up and get me going within 24 hours. Rock star service .
