Absolutely love everyone at Brentwood Travel, most especially Michelle Busse! I literally walked into their offices one evening with no appointment like a lost child looking for guidance on planning our honeymoon. Instead of looking at me like I was an idiot like most places, they dove right in and helped me with every single aspect of our international travels. Great communication throughout the months whether it be via phone, email, or face to face. Michelle even had me call her at home a few times to work around my crazy work schedule so all the details were in order. She sat down with both Sean and I before we left, had copies of all documents we needed and went through them with us. And most importantly they saved our honeymoon by finding us a completely new flight schedule when we found out our first flight was cancelled just hours before takeoff. It was a stressful and hectic experience but I have no idea how we would have gotten to Rome in time for our cruise without Michelle and her amazing team at Brentwood Travel!

What can I say it was the easiest part of our trip! Having longed to visit Cuba for many years I talked my mother in to visiting via a cruise. But my mother is a cautious one, so I turned to Stacey at Brentwood travel. After searching our options on our own Im so glad that we had the support of Brentwood Travel. All questions were answered, and additional documents or Q&A were deliver to our door a few weeks before our departure. The best part is that we never lost contact with Stacey after our initial purchase. She continued to keep us informed and hyped up long before our trip. This went a long way to easy my mothers worry and helped us sail away with out a worry! Brentwood will be our travel partner for life!

Ashley Curry with Brentwood was fabulous! She was very patient with me even when I was all over the place with ideas. Once we narrowed it down she gave me her honest thoughts and opinions. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My trip to Punta Cana was amazing! I didnt have to worry about anything going wrong and if it did what I would have to do. Stacy at Brentwood Travel did an amazing job at booking our All-Inclusive Honeymoon to Secrets Akumal, Riveria Maya, she gave us various options to choose from and found an all inclusive that also included air-fare. This place is simply amazing, the people were so friendly and assisted us with all of our needs. There is also a wide variety of activities to do each day every hour, so this gives everyone something fun to do. We will definitely be using Brentwood Travel again for our future travels.

I do not recommend you using Brentwood Travel. The agents are very unprofessional. We worked with them for 7 months planning our trip and it was really stressful because they could not get our plans straight to meet our needs. They also always forgot our names and called us by the incorrect names, when you are working with a company for over 7 months and have a flexible budget you expect the agents to remember your names. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am in the process of planning a destination wedding currently and working with this agency has been the most stressful part of the whole process. Our agent is slow to respond, if she responds at all. My guests and I have to repeatedly ask questions before we get any kind of response. I have 30+ people traveling out of the country for my wedding and I would expect much better service and follow up from someone who has been in the business for so long.

Services are unnecessary. The travel agent we used had the same prices we found online, didnt help us book any extra activities, and when I asked if she could call the hotel and request our room be in a certain area, she said that she couldnt...I had done a lot of research prior to coming, so if you want to let someone else plan your trip, this would be the way to go, but you arent going to be saving any money booking through them.

Ashley Curry did a phenomenal job of creating for our family, the perfect summer getaway to Universal Studios Orlando and Historic Downtown Savannah, Georgia! This was our second vacation that Ashley helped us plan and she selected fun family activities that were suitable for preteens, as well as for the adults! We will definitely call on Ashleys help for our future travel plans!

Spoke with someone about travel in July and just wanted the best deal. Said she cant do that she needs specific dates. Well too bad isnt that your job? I can spend the time myself looking online to find the best deal thats why I called you. So I would not recommend this company if your looking for a great travel agent!
