I just recently returned from my spring break vacation that I booked through JET Travel & Tours. I had an amazing experience, and the crew at JET was beyond helpful. Andrew and Janeen worked together to find me the most reasonably priced flights and hotels. Not to mention they shared some great travel tips with me, and told me all about the beautiful places I could visit during my time traveling. During my travel, one of my flights got delayed due to mechanical issues with the plane. I was able to contact their office right away, and they were sure to guide me through the process, and kept me on track to arriving at my destination on time. Thanks to everyone at JET, my vacation was completely worry free and an overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be vacationing with them in the future!

Worst Experience of my life booking a destination wedding though them! We got to the resort no one knew we had a wedding when we were checking in. Thought we had 2 rooms for 3 people and there were 2 of us. Took two + hours just to check in. And most of our guest had issues as well. Lots of half truths and lies. This is just a couple of the issues we had on a list of many. Very unprofessional and unwilling to compensate us accordingly. The worst is that we feel horrible for dragging our family and friends on this ride. I would never recommend trusting for your travels, and the only reason they get one star is because you cant give them zero.
