I work for an organization in which we frequently need to book travels to unfamiliar destinations, sometimes with short notice. I, as well as the rest of my team, have been completely satisfied with the service from and attention paid by the agents at Travel Leaders. They are thorough, attentive to detail, considerate of costs/budgets, and willing to work to make the trip perfect for the individual participants. They have provided realistic timelines regarding responses and delivery of information, and exceed expectations in all regards. I have worked with previous travel agents who have made me feel as though they are working on my trip in their spare time and it has been a hassle for them, as opposed to Travel Leaders who makes me feel like a priority. I can never tell if the agent is incredibly busy, overwhelmed, flooded with assignments, etc., because I always have the agents attention during conversations and Ive been treated as though I am the number one priority at that moment in time. I am so glad we have found Travel Leaders, and we are excited about using them for upcoming travels, as theyve made our work easier! A special shout out goes to Sandy Z. whom we first worked with and sold us on Travel Leaders. Marcie (the owner) also is wonderful to speak with. Thank you to Travel Leaders for the exceptional service!!

We just returned from our second vacation we booked through Marcie Boyle. Our first trip through her to Riviera Maya was amazing and the most perfect honeymoon destination. We were shocked she was able to top it this year. We went back to a different resort in Riviera Maya based on the distance and cost of what you can get for your money, plus the fact that we were wowed there previously. From the direct flight to Cancun to the unbelievable resort the trip was amazing. We stayed at El Dorado Casitas Royal and it was heavenly. The room had its own private pool which was such a treat and the outdoor shower was a fun experience. The food was incredible and the service impeccable. We had a last minute question the evening before we left and called Marice after business hours, she immediately called us back and answered our question and we were so thankful she did that. We are already thinking about next year and we will definitely go back to Marcie. She understands her clients needs and knows her resorts. :) Just got back from our 3rd visit to Riviera Maya booked through Marcie at Travel Leaders and again a wonderful vacation. We made some tweaks from last year in terms of wanting a smaller more intimate setting and it was just perfect. We visited El Dorado on Maroma Beach....we loved it and cant wait to go back.

My husband and I used RSVP travel (Marcie) to book our honeymoon. We had a great experience from beginning to end! Marcie helped us choose a location and resort based on what we were looking for and we loved it! We wanted an adult only, all inclusive, fun, social experience and we got it at Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay. She also recommended a VIP airport service to us that was definitely worth it - we got to fast track it through the airport on the way in until our transfer to the resort arrived - with included drinks and snacks. What a welcome! Then we got to fast track through immigration on the way back and wait for our flight in a really nice lounge with drinks and snacks again. Marcie also recommended a honeymoon registry site that ended up being great for obtaining gifts toward a spa day and catamaran cruise during the trip. She sent us the cutest care package with all the documentation and informaion about the trip and all kinds of goodies that got us really excited for the trip! RSVP Travel was so helpful, made the booking process smooth and easy, and definitely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire trip. Great service - we have already recommended RSVP to several friends and will use them again next time!!

Last February I decided to plan a trip to the Caribbean. After researching destinations for about a week I decided on Saint Martin. I was about to book my trip, but I wanted to see what a travel agent had to say about my decision. Based upon the reviews I chose Travel Leaders. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from one of their agents, Sandy Zingrich. Given the fact that it was only me and my fiancée booking a trip and not a group, I didnt expect the attention Sandy gave to me. I asked enough questions to drive a person mad. She maintained a professional and friendly tone through it all, scheduling my trip as if it was her main priority. She also ended up finding me a cheaper price than the one I found. Sandy was always more than willing to dig deeper into different options I brought about. She was very informative and knowledgable about everything, from the flights to the transportation on the island. Overall, I felt very confident that my future vacation was in the hands of Sandy Zingrich. The service I experienced was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her and Travel Leaders for anyone interested in booking a trip who doesnt want the stress of figuring it all out on their own.

We recently planned our family vacation with Travel Leaders. We knew we wanted to go to Central America for the first time but, aside from there, we were starting with a blank slate. Both Marcie and Melissa were extremely knowledgeable about the region and provided us with great ideas and suggestions. We settled on our final destination and looked forward to our new adventure. When a hurricane blew over our resort two days before we were scheduled to depart, Travel Leaders contacted us immediately and kept us abreast of any and all information coming from the region. As we learned that our accommodations were going to still be without power, they handled all the arrangements to move us to a new location. The resort we moved to was fantastic, and were very happy to report that our original resort, which we visited while there, was also a wonderful location that just happened to take a harder blow from the storm. They were incredibly helpful and their care and concern brought us great comfort. We look forward to working with them again for our next vacation and recommend them without hesitation!

We came back to Marcie Boyle after being part of a large group she helped last year. Its no coincidence all of these reviews are 5 Stars. As an admitted Expedia user, I have been shown how much value a superior Travel Agent like Marcie can add to your experience, I gave Marcie about 5 descriptions of the perfect vacation spot and she absolutely nailed it. The destination, Grace Bay Resort in Turks and Caicos, was precisely as advertised and fit what I asked her to find for us. She also provided us with several places to eat which were all first rate. I realized I could spend hours looking for a place online, hoping the pictures were legit, and trusting complete strangers --- or I could consult someone who has actually been everywhere on earth, and let her match my needs/wants to the perfect place. The service was outstanding. Shell email you back at midnight or 6am if needed. I dont know if she has her own social life or just plays Super Agent from bars and restaurants, but the attention was fantastic and much appreciated. I would highly recommend her services for any trip, big or small
