I brought in a laptop that wasnt working properly. Service Tech restored the factory settings, which erased a lot of what I had on the computer. It still wasnt working and a technician from another company advised me to get a new keyboard. Service Tech installed the keyboard at no charge, which I appreciate, and that did fix my issue. However, I lost a lot of my work files that he did not back up before restoring the factory settings, and my Windows Movie Maker is gone, making it difficult to post videos. I had to call him twice; the first time was when I was having trouble re-installing my internet service. He called back four days later, and by then someone else had fixed the issue for me. The second time, the Windows Office Standard that he installed was giving me a message that it would expire in four days. When Service Tech didnt answer his phone, I left a message explaining that I would lose my Office in four days. Meanwhile the same independent tech who assisted me in diagnosing the keyboard issue told me how to uninstall Standard and install the Home and Business Id purchased with my laptop. Service Tech returned my call on Day 5. If I hadnt gotten help from someone else I would have had no Office, which I need for my business. I consider this poor service and am still trying to adapt to the "restore"--which I did NOT need and has caused me a lot of trouble.

My computer crashed a few months ago so I took it into his shop to get it repaired. He seemed professional enough but my computer simply needed a fresh version of windows installed on it. He did that part of the job, but left it half finished. Not only did he not install crucial updates that the computer needed to continue functioning, but he didnt tell me that he didnt either. He simply updated the drivers and tried to push out the job as quickly as possible without doing it right so he could get paid.. If I where you Id take your computer to literally any other computer repair person in the area. Not only did he charge me 80 bucks out of pocket for a simple re-install that "Only took him 4 hours" but he didnt do/finish the actual job and refused to fix his own mistake when I called him weeks later because it crashed due to driver conflicts. 0/5 stars DO NOT USE THIS MANS SERVICE. The only reason Im even giving him ONE star is because I cant post this without the one at least.

WEnt to get my laptop fixed a couple months ago. Turned out I needed a new hard drive. The day I took it home it stopped on me so I went back to get it fixed and then 2 months later it stopped working again! Im asking for my money back
