Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Ive been trying to have my phone fixed here for two months now and it still isnt working. I originally came in because I was getting a cracked screen repaired. It took them 3 different attempts to order the correct screen. Now I have a screen that cannot stay on unless under direct light and my phone produces absolutely no sound at all (two problems I did not have before taking my phone to CPR). Ive tried having these problems fixed by them but there hasnt been any change in the way my phone operates whatsoever. I do not take this company seriously at this point. Had I known this process would have been so complicated, I would have just bought a new phone on EBay. I have never left a bad review for a company but Im hoping to spare others from having such a terrible experience.

I first went in to CPR to fix a cracked iPhone 6 screen. Though the screen was cracked, my phone was otherwise in perfect condition. I have been back four times to fix different problems since. I have tried twice to have my home button righted but it remains loose. Then the sensory detection was off, and every time I tried to make a call the screen would not turn off so my ear was pressing buttons. After they fixed that, they neglected to put the screen on all the way. Im going back today to get that fixed and hopefully get money back. For the price you pay to fix a phone screen so that your phone lasts, I dont think it is worth it to have additional problems.

Atrocious customer service. The glass protecting the camera on my LG G4 cracked while on vacation. I came back in November and went to CPR. They said theyd order the replacement glass & give me a call in a couple weeks. I left my number. I never received a call. I went back to the store in January. They mentioned something about a change in ownership, so the order might have been cancelled. Okay, reasonable explanation. So I left my number again and the guy said the owner would give me a call in the morning to work out my order. I never received a call. I dont complain about much of anything, but this is an unacceptable way to run a business.

The guys at CPR were very friendly and helpful. I told them what happened to my phone (my phone fell in water and the touchscreen stopped working) and they took my phone in and told me to come back in two hours and that they would do what they could. I was afraid I would have to buy a new phone because replacing screen on my phone would cost upwards of $300 and wouldnt be worth it. Sure enough, two hours later, I came back in and they told me that my phone was completely fixed! They did not charge me anything for the time they spent working on my phone. I would recommend anyone to CPR. The guys here are very helpful and worked very quickly!

Under new management since January 1st! Dont let bad reviews from last year steer you away. Ask for Dave! Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time! Fixed my iPhone in less than an hour, tried a few things and only charged me for the part that finally fixed my phone! I would recommend this shop to everyone! Dont go anywhere else!

Went in with a cracked screen for a Galaxy Note 3. Dave helped me at the counter (and was also the tech) was polite and courteous. Called me when the phone was complete. Very fair price when compared to what was available from Amazon if I were to do it myself. I had my phone back in hand 4 hours later. Works great. Thanks for the help CPR!

We brought a broken Xbox 360. They said it would be 3 days but it turned into a month we came back and sled what was taking so long and they said it was being tested. Its been a week after that. I dont think it takes that long to test a disk tray.

Great service. Had a cellular issue with phone. Wasnt able to fix but they did diagnose and tried different options to attempt the fix. No charge for diagnosis which most places would charge. Going back to have some screens fixed.

Amazes me how much they can fix . I will always recommend Dave he always does a great job . If you ever think your phone , tablet , iPad ect cant be fixed give Dave a shot before you buy a new one . Well worth the drive .
