never go to this place!!!!!! the technicians and cashiers are incompetent!!! i went there to get my lcd screen repaired, so i walk in the store the cashier is a heavy women with braids after we discuss the issues with my phone she mentioned we have to order new parts will be fixed by this evening i ask for a receipt she said" you have to get your receipt when you pick up your phone after its repaired just say what your phone is" so i come back next day a bald guy is at counter i ask for my phone he ask for a receipt i said the cashier said i get a receipt when i picked my phone he said "thats wired" they bring my phone to me the lcd repaired everything functioning i ask for my receipt the bald guy couldnt find it, it took them 10min to find my receipt, they said it was under a women named Kimberley i know no one named Kimberly.... by the end of the day my phone battery goes dead i try to charge it, but it didnt charge i take it back to the cpr store the bald guy takes my phone in the back he comes out and it working he said i just put it on a charger i have a charger with more amperage then regular charger.. the phone goes dead again and doesnt charge i take it back bald guy there again he takes the phone puts its on a charger for 10 min nothing happens he say "sorry dude your magic ran out" i ask is there anything you can do because im still within my 14 day warranty he mocked me and said "warranty" no dude your phone is dead" then walked in back of store out of sight.. my phoned powered on and off with a cracked lcd screen before i took to them to repair it they fixed my screen but broke something else. i end up taking my phone to another cpr store in brentwood they fixed my phone now its back to normal everything works i had to drive 20min away pay another 144 dollars i felt like ive been conned!!!! never go to this store!!! make the extra drive some where else

I took my Iphone 7 in to have the screen replaced after shattering it. The rep quoted me a price of $140 and said that it would take about 3 hours, so I left it there. I picked it up that same afternoon. Later on that evening I realized that I could hear people talking during calls, but they couldnt hear me. I took it back the next morning, 10:30, and told the rep. He said that the speaker was probably misaligned or something and it would take him about 6 minutes to fix. Okay, minor issue no problem. I waited for about 15 minutes and the rep came back and said that the speaker got damaged, so he would have to get the part from another store. Slightly irritated at this point, I asked how long that would take, he said it should be ready around 2:30. I advised him of how inconvenient this was, especially since I had just paid $140 to have it fixed. He said well if you look on our website you will see that we actually charge $179. If he had quoted me that price, I would have gone somewhere else. I advised him that my time was valuable and something should be done to compensate me for my time, especially since it would be 4 times that I had to come up there. His suggestion was to refund my money and put the shattered screen back on my phone. But what about the damaged speaker? It was fine when I brought it here. I was very perturbed, left the phone there because I really needed it fixed. He did text a couple of hours later saying that he had the part. I went back a couple of hours after that, still had to wait about 15 minutes before it was ready. The experience wasnt totally bad because the phone was fixed, but customer service could be better and peoples time should be considered especially when its the stores fault, not the customers. I wont be going back, or recommending anyone.

Ive been waiting on a part for an entire week to come in to fix my phone. I was told the order would be expedited and to call to check if the part came in. I called Thursday, Saturday, Monday, and it is now Wednesday. Guess what???? I called three times this morning and no o r answered my call. I was told by Mike and the other guy they would call me. My name and number have been left twice. This is beyond poor customer service. They were going to take off for the inconveniences, but Ill pay $130 someplace else to fix my phone and in a shorter time period. I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody.

*I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE* Did a poor job at repairing the screen on my iPhone 6. The tech also ripped the cables that connect my touch sensor so it wasnt working anymore. My screen wasnt working a week later took it to Celleris in the Galleria. The price was 100 and he also told me whoever repaired my phone the first time left screws out and Fifa bad job. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

They gave me a quote before I came in which is what drew me in in the first place. I went in to get my phone fixed they told me 30 minutes and I was out in 15. I am honestly pleasantly surprised with how the service went because with my last experience at a phone repair shop, I didnt have it for days. I will return here in the future if needed. Would give six stars if I could.

Great customer service! They are very friendly and helpful. My battery was really messed up and it wasnt even expensive to fix it. Not only was there great customer service and great prices but it only took about 10 minutes to fix. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Sterling and Stacy rock! I wont take my phone anywhere else.

Place is a joke! stay away!!!! Want to get my Lg g2 screen fixed. two days later it starts calling people and going crazy. Then the screen cracked while i was texting. Took it back and now the speaker does not work and when some one calls it never shows someone is calling. Truly believe they are on some scammer stuff. STAY AWAY!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My husband dropped my sons iPad off on a Thursday, Mike told him it would be a 48 hour turn around. Needless to say they kept giving my husband the run around and blowing him off. Eventually we got the iPad back a week later and its still it fixed. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I took my laptop in to CPR, having dropped it and messed up the power button. I anticipated having to send it to HP, being without it for a few weeks, major cost, etc. CPR fixed it while I waited, and charged only a nominal fee. They couldnt have been nicer. I highly recommend them.
