When we toured this center we were impressed with the bright open room, the safety regulations, and the promise of a engaging curriculum even for young infants. I also liked that they did not use bouncers, swings, or other restraining devices nor any electronic toys. We ended up pulling our son out after the second day though because we saw a young infant teacher (Ruby) pull an infant up by one arm. She also played music so loudly that it drowned out the babies crying, her reasoning for this was that one of the babies calmed down to the song "the wheels on the bus". I also babies left to cry (though not scream crying) for 20 minutes, possibly longer as I finally had to leave for work. Other issues we encountered were our baby had a pacifier in when we went to pick him up, we had not provided them with a pacifier to give him and when we picked him up on the 2nd day, he was in a size 1 pampers when hes in size 4 earths best diapers.

I cannot say enough good things about Kirkwood West KinderCare. The employees all went above and beyond every day for my kids. The facility was always kept clean, I was kept informed of changing curriculums and upcoming events and the teachers were attentive and extremely caring. Sam and Courtney in the office were great to work with and very accommodating with the short notice about my twins joining them. Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Tara were beyond patient and compassionate with both of them. I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, educational and welcoming daycare for their kids!
