Both of our children started at the Goddard School St. Charles at 6 weeks old. From the very start, I knew that we had selected the right place for our kids to learn, grow and be safe while we were at work! The teachers and staff at Goddard are amazing and really take a true interest in our children and make them feel comfortable. They made our drop-offs and transitions seamless and got the kids engaged in the classroom right away. I also love that they communicate with the parents through the "Tadpoles App" that sends me pictures of my daughter while Im at work or traveling and gives me a snap shot of what they do each day! I can see she is so happy! The curriculum is amazing. My son was more than ready for his transition to Kindergarten and my daughter will be leaving the school for Kindergarten in 3 months ready and prepared. They have up to date technology to teach their lesson plans to include computers, promethium boards and iPads. The lesson plans are well thought out and diverse. The kids are also taught how to speak in front of groups as they do "show and tell" or sing at their Winter Performance. We also like the extra options offered such as Gymbus, Computer Bugs and Soccer Shots. Its a nice change of pace for the kids during the days and they really look forward to the classes and to doing something they love. This school has become our extended family and we have made some very good friends through friends our kids have made at school! The staff is always open to new ideas and available for discussion when it comes to our children and their daily routines. They continue to make updates and changes at the school which is exciting to the parents and the kids too. I highly recommend this school to anyone.

My son has attended The Goddard School for a few years now and we cannot say enough about how much we love the staff and school. As a working parent, its always hard to drop your child off at school but the teachers go out of their way to make that transition as seamless as possible. I realize how fortunate I am that I never worry about him at all while he is there. The main teachers have a teaching degree which appealed to us. The curriculum they use to prepare the children for kindergarten correlates well with what they should be prepared to do once they transition to regular school. In addition, the teachers are always there for advice, support and give great ideas on how to help teach at home. The Goddard School facility is clean, inviting and stimulating. You can see the happiness when you walk into the school which is a comforting feeling for any parent. If you get a chance to tour the facility you will be able to see the pride they have in their program. From computers, promethium boards, iPads, etc. they have the latest technology to engage our children. They are even planning a new addition that will include a gym. Overall, I cannot say enough about the teachers and program at The Goddard School. Im thankful for a warm and nurturing place to take my son. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

Tomorrow my 5 year old starts kindergarten. While bittersweet, I know that his 5 years at the Goddard school (he attended since he was 9 months old), has prepared him to be a lifelong and successful learner. My younger son is almost 3 and also attends the Goddard school. Being a full time professional and needing to leave children in the care of others for 8 hours a day can be nerve racking. Knowing that my sons were in the care of the loving, experienced teachers and staff at the Goddard School St. Charles has eased my worries of being away from them while I work. I know that they are being exposed to activities, language, arts, and social interactions that will help them develop, and that I wouldnt have had the resources to provide. When my older son had some behavioral issues, I felt that the teachers and staff teamed with me to address the issues. The experienced staff has also provided good insight into what behaviors I need to further address with a pediatrician and what behaviors are age appropriate and will resolve with maturity. I highly recommend the Goddard School St. Charles!

My daughter started attending this Goddard location at 8 weeks and is now 1 year old. It was very hard for this first time mom to leave a baby in the hands of strangers but the staff is super friendly and very attentive. They send daily reports via email with nap, feeding and changing schedule which is important for anyone with an infant! It also includes the education plan and pictures of the kids doing activities every day. I dont feel like I possibly miss milestones because I am always aware of what she is working on and how she is progressing. They also do special things at holidays that just make my day. The only negative thing I can think of is how messy she sometimes comes home at the end of the day...from attempting to feed herself and having a blast with activities of all kinds of course! I was told by many people that this was where I should send her and take comfort in having her in such a caring environment.

My daughter is in her last weeks at Goddard before she starts Kindergarten. I have no idea where these 5 years have gone, but I do believe she has received an exceptional education from loving teachers and staff. She has been there since 12 weeks old, and now my son who is 13 months is starting his journey. They are always willing to work with us on feeding, sleeping, developmental areas that we are working on at home to continue the reinforcement. I really like the daily emails with the overview of their day, what they ate, nap time, and usually a picture or two. While everyday hasnt been perfect, and you cant expect that at any school, I do feel that the staff and teachers have always been open to inputs and options for handling any concern that may come up. I always recommend the Goddard School.

Our daughter attends The Goddard School in St. Charles and she absolutely loves it! I really appreciate the variety of activities that the school incorporates into the daily curriculum. There is always something fun happening in her classroom [i.e. a musical guest, a local author, a magician, etc.] All of these activities really engage the children and it makes for a fun, productive and unique educational experience. The other day, my daughter told me all about jellyfish: what they look like, where they live, etc. She gets excited when learning new things and shes clearly retaining it [i.e. she recently recited the numbers one to ten in Spanish perfectly!] Its very apparent to me that The Goddard School in St. Charles is the right place for our family.

Our son has been with the Goddard school since he was an infant. We have been impressed on many levels. The facility itself is clean and secure. Measures are in place to prevent access from anyone who is unauthorized into the building. The recent gym addition has been a favorite of our child! Their curriculum is tailored to stimulate the children through each stage of development, and the qualified, caring staff always communicates with us as parents. Goddard is organized on every level; from the daily activities of the children to the policies and procedures. The friendly office staff is always there to help with any questions. We would recommend the Goddard School St. Charles without hesitation and look forward to sending our next child.
