If I could give this facility zero stars I would, the staff is beyond incompetent and the owner is a liar. We signed our three year old daughter up for three days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., mentioning multiple times and in great detail that our daughter has never been to daycare and that she might need some one-on-one guidance to get her into the swing of things. Every time this was mentioned we were told it would be no problem, specifically from the owner on more than one occasion. On day one we received a phone call asking us to come pick her up by 12:30, they hadnt even given her four solid hours to adjust. Now Ill be the first to admit that my daughter can certainly be a handful sometimes, she gets into things she knows she shouldnt, she can be rough with toys and people, she can be kind of loud, etc. All of those are NORMAL childhood behaviors. When my wife picked her up that first day the owner told her that they would give my daughter a few more days to adjust and if she didnt then they couldnt watch her. On the way home my daughter kept asking my wife if she was a brat, and said she had no friends. Of course I wasnt there so all I can do is speculate as to how these ideas got into my little girls head, but none of them are acceptable to me. We brought her back the second day only to be called once again to pick up our daughter due to her "behavior", only this time just two hours after dropping her off. We inquired about our daughters actions which led to them calling us and they even assured us she had done nothing inherently wrong. They told us she required a lot of one-on-one time with the teacher, she kept going to the bathroom, and she continuously tried playing around when they were doing a class activity. I would have understood all of these complaints, that is had we not specifically told them in advance that this would most definitely be the case. They told us that second day that it wasnt going to work out and that they would issue us a full refund, save for the cost of her space in the class. My issue isnt even that they couldnt help my daughter adjust like she needed, its that they wasted my time and a bit of my money by spouting false promises about their abilities as a daycare facility when they knew full well that they couldnt cut it. They brought our daughter on a tour of the building before we enrolled her and they should have known right then whether they had the resources to guide her, she who had never in her life been in a situation like that before. I can tell that there is something different about my daughter after having suffered through that kind of overwhelming rejection, and shes a damn sweet little girl! My point is, if you have an active child with great curiosity and a blossoming imagination, dont bring them to this evil place. Youll only be wasting your time and that of your childs, and they deserve better than that.

My daughter has been going to this place since January! Everything was fine until to owner started to show her true colors. Thursday I picked up my daughter and was approached by the owner that there was an issue. She made it seem as if my daughter had done something extremely bad to endanger the other students, but refused to tell me because she had a tour! Whatever, I left! Did not bring my child back Friday! Brought her back this morning and same thing, the teacher, nor the owner wanted to tell me what happened! Im severely upset with this place! The teachers constantly tell the kids not to tattle, even when a child need to inform them of something. There has been several nights my 5 year old has cried herself to sleep over this school. You cant just tell a parent its something serious than blow it off for another time as if its something small! a All I asked them is what she did, and the fact you cant give me an answer is the only answer I need. My daughter will never again step foot into this daycare nor will I ever point anyone their detection! The owner is extremely unprofessional! Id i would give them a 0 star rating I would! Maybe the owner needs to work on communication and she may be able to keep some teachers! I didnt like that every few weeks there was a new teacher and another one gone! One who had even brought the word "lesbian" into my daughters mind! Asking her questions and being extremely inappropriate! This place has just completely left a bad taste to their name!

This place was horrible. ..the owner is Linda Sutton. ..this day care forgot our kids more than once....took our children all the way across town for gas..when they were only to drive to and from school.. (driver of van that day Linda Sutton ) when we as parents tried to overlook this..so as to not move kids from day care to day care...she said no I love your kids we will get it right. .then only the next day to say she cant handle it...she gave multiple excuses first someone had a baby...so if u r good customer..pay every week and someone has a kid u r kicked to the curb...we signed a contract that is just not good anymore because she does not keep her word..then she blamed a 6 year old boy as to why...(our son.).we also know its because of our son because we called back having someone else make the call and asked if they would take new kids from Henderson where our kids go tge day after she said she cant handle it..and they said yes so guess its just our kids...we also recorded the dated conversation that we will use in court....u put people in charge of your kids and u treat as a business. ..and r more concerned with money not very Christian... parents beware!!. .and we r not sure but we r looking in to verbal abuse by Linda Sutton to our children God I hope thats all it was.. She will change rates as she sees fit...she is two faced and a lier ..this is far from a Christian Day care...

I have an infant, a toddler, and a preschooler...all of whom attend First Class Christian Child Care and Preschool. The love that the teachers there show my children on a daily basis is overwhelming. I am constantly informed about their developmental milestones and can feel the excitement that the teachers share in their advancements. I am not only proud to have my children enrolled there, I am also proud to be an employee. With that being said, I can say with all honesty since I was actively involved in the recent situation posted above, that the accusations against the center and its teachers are false. Out of respect for the former student, I will not go into detail on what actually happened, but will say that this organization has helped many, many, many children who are new to daycare transition without any issues. This place is far from being "evil" and will continue to show Gods love to each and every child enrolled here.

I usually dont leave reviews, but this is the worst day care out there! Do not enroll your kids here. This is nothing against the wonderful teachers as they all treat the children like their own. But this is directly targeted to the owner, Linda Sutton who has hit her employees, gotten in their face and yelled at them. She should not be a business owner and I will be getting in contact with someone to do an investigation.
