A lot of conveniences for parents if that’s what your focus is however when it comes to child care they try to force babies into a mold to that the care of children is easier for them. They didn’t take recommendations from my pediatrician about his care on more than one occasion. At 8 months old they started forcing my son to only nap once a day (waking him up if he would fall asleep before the afternoon nap). My pediatrician was not on board with this so I voiced my concerns not only to his teachers but to the director and they both just said “he will be fine” that all the kids at his age do this same transition. At one year old they had a hard and fast no outside food rule (so no more breastmilk) despite other kids in his very same room still being able to take bottles (if they were under one). I asked if I could get a note from my pediatrician to make an exception and they said “no the rule is the rule”. On top of both those things my son constantly fell and sometimes I would pick him up with head bruises they could not explain. He had a serious fall splitting his lip to the point where stitches were needed followed by another injury where he hit his head on the faucet while trying to clean his face. When I asked about the second injury so close to the first his teacher said “It was his first time at the faucet that it is natural for babies to want to reach forward and hit their head, the first time is always a learning experience for them, after a while they learn not to lean forward”. So if you want a daycare where they use personal injury of your child to teach them a lesson this daycare will be great for you!

I have a 1 year old and a 6 year old. We were only at little guppy for 5 weeks. In those 5 weeks there we filled out 5 accidents reports on our 1 year old. Once for getting kicked in the face and the other 4 were because another child had bitten her. My 6 year old only went there before and after school, one afternoon they forgot to get my child off the bus. The director there did nothing to help any of the problems and just blew them off like no big deal and didn’t take fault for any of it. Then they gave out my personal information to another parent to contact me about a mix up. If you are looking for childcare I would steer clear away from Little Guppy. I had heard nothing but wonderful things before going there and I thought I was making the right decision on taking my children there. I was way wrong!

My daughter is 3 and this is the third daycare she has attended. By far, it is one of the cleanest and most professionally run daycares Ive visited. The focus on education is inherent as "Development" is in their name and all the teachers do amazing work focusing on actual development activities. While there is still time for "free play" most of the day is very structured, which has helped in our daughter keeping to her routines at home. Additionally, Little Guppy does whatever they can to make my familys experience better. Including auto-payments, online email access (through a parents portal) to each classroom, ability to sign-up for haircuts, dance classes, Spanish, etc. I have been absolutely pleased with our experience with Little Guppy and would recommend it to every one!

this daycare is very average. i did an internship there in the infant room and found that the lead teacher didnt seen to care much. they didnt pay much attention to the children where everyday i was there i felt i did 10x better than they did... this sucks to say because i went to a little guppy when i was a child and my teachers never did this. these teachers talked about their daily lives more than playing with the kids and cussed in front of the children multiple times which is very unprofessional and when they did i went ad told my instructor and she imminently pulled all of her rotation students out of this location because that place is no way to teach a student let alone a child. personally if i had a child, i wouldnt put them in this daycare.

I have a 2 year old an 3 year old there. Its been great. Theyve worked with me on some of my sons special needs. There have been zero accident reports. They are better staffed than average daycares. They post on the doors if a contagious illness is diagnosed. They are all friendly and seem to enjoy being at work which is a big freaking deal to me. My boys really seem to enjoy it. Tuition is possibly a tad on the high side but worth it to me for the extras
